Special attention is paid to the masters degree students who want to be more useful in the gospel ministries and in the society at large, especially those who are already church leaders in one field of the gospel ministry or the other.

The following masters degrees are to prepare the qualified students for greater church leadership and for public relations.

The student is expected to study and to research in the necessary areas recommended by the course supervisors or their programme directors.

SPECIALIZED COURSES:
El Theological college trains, equips and directs the postgraduate students to their specialized fields, special calling and specialized ministries, such as church planting, Global evangelism, church management, pastoral businesses, prophetic ministries, Apostolic ministries, teaching ministries and special gifts for the special works and feed them with courses necessary to be efficient in their specialized ministries.

FINANCIAL POLICY
Tuition fees are paid at the beginning of every trimester and every fee is paid in full before graduation. Matriculation fee, graduation and other specific fees are paid 30 days before the occasion. No student is considered a true student of the college with matriculation number and I.D card being obtained. Financial policy of the college may change at any time.

Postgraduate students must pay their fees before taking their exams. No postgraduate student will be considered as a true student of this college whose matriculation number is not known, this means that every postgraduate student must in advance pay his or her matriculation fee and obtain his or her matriculation number and must make sure he or she participates in the college open matriculation. Tuition fees are paid at the beginning of each trimester, while exam fees are paid before examination. Graduation fee is paid not later than 40 days before the graduation day. We do not supply our handouts on credit basis, but handouts are based on “PAY AND SUPPLY SYSTEM” which means that students must pay before the handout will be given to them. The use of handouts and some recommended books are compulsory in our postgraduate studies.

QUALITY OF STUDENTS FOR POSTGRADUATE PROGRAMMES:

The student for our postgraduate studies must be mentally sound, physically fit, philosophically rich and psychological mature.
Must have covered not less than 90 courses in his or her bachelor degree between 2000 and 2005 or 100 courses in his or her bachelor degree between 2006 and 2016.
Must not score less than 300 cumulative or average of not less than 70% in his or her previous college.

Our postgraduate students, like our bachelor and diploma students are the best products in the state, thus, we have many presidents and lectures of other Bible colleges who are our students.

DEPARTMENTS AND DESCRIPTION OF COURSES AVAILABLE
Students of postgraduate school of our college must be those capable of reading, researching, excavating, writing and those capable of contributing their very field of studies. They should be up and doing students who are serious and diligent in their academic works. The course has greater load of works and meeting the demand of such load gives credit to the students. In our college we run two postgraduate studies (a)Master and Doctorate in different fields of studies.

MASTERS LEVEL

DEPT. OF PASTORAL THEOLOGY
THST 501 BIBLICAL SHEPHERDING: A study of the pastoral duties in the local church including shepherding, husbandly, management and church leadership.
THST 502 ECCLESIOLOGY: A study of laities working with youth ministry, men’s fellowship, lay ministry, women in ministry and other important means of communication.
THST 503 THEOLOGY OF CHURCH GROWTH: A study of how the church can grow and recent strategies to build the church which include principles of spiritual growth, evangelism, self supportive ministry and other recent methods of growth which are the richest materials in Christian theology.
THST 504 HOMILETICS: A study of how to preach, when to preach and what to preach. It covers a general method of selecting topics and texts according to the issues on the table and all forms of pulpit manner, clerical culture and altar philosophy. This is called the theology of the minister.
THST 505 FOUNDATION OF CHRISTIAN BELIEFS: A study of Christian faith, such as the inspiration of the Bible major doctrines of the Bible and the entire beliefs of the Christendom.
THST 506 EVIDENTIAL THEOLOGY: A study of the Bible truth and the excavation of what the people wrote of authenticate the inspiration of the Christian scripture such as the discovery of Noah’s ark, evidence of Lot’s wife, the ruin of Nineveh, site of red sea, Jordan river Calvary and other important area mentioned by the Bible.
THST 507 APOSTOLIC CREED: A study of the apostolic theology and the foundation of their confession, derived from the ancient documents of the church fathers.
THST 508 COSMOLOGY: A Biblical account and the studies of the universe, with few comments on man, sin and entire doctrine of salvation.
THST 509 CHRONOLOGY: A study of Biblical events with dates, times, places and persons concerned. It covers all about the Bible history of things connecting both Old and New Testaments activities.
THST 510 GAP THEOLOGY: A study of the world before Adam and the events that happened in the garden of Eden. The course covers creation fall of Lucifer fall of man, creation and recreation of the world of Adam.
THST 511 HERESIES: A study of the origin of false teaching; false gods, false practices and false beliefs in the Bible days. It is a full study of contrary theology.
THST 512 SOTERIOLOGY (DOCTRINE OF SALVATION): A study of sin, terms used by the Hebrews to describe sins, the theology of the cross, death and resurrection. It emphasizes on the word – salvation.
THST 513 SCHOLASTICISM: A study of the ancient beliefs, wrong thought and correct theological idea. It is most academic course that unveils all theological balances and based the argument on Christian belief.
THST 514 INTRODUCTION TO BIBLE LANGUAGES: A study of words and names used to described things, areas, places, persons or issues in the Bible days. It covers all things and places that have changed names and locations.
THST 515 APOLOGETICS: A study of the defence of Christian faith it covers all the debates presented by the religious world, the issue of atonement death and resurrection of Jesus. It also presents other term and theories.
THST 516 THEISM AND ATHEISM: A study of the ancient beliefs in polytheism monotheism and in heathenism coupled with the major Atheistic view of “NO God” The course of geared towards the disapproval of some scientists who say “There is no God” and helps the student to understand that the God of heaven is alive and the creator of all things.
THST 517 ESCHATOLOGY: This is an advanced studies of the issues of the last days coupled with the Bible revelation on the issues relating to things of the last days, prophecies, events and Histories unveiling the end of the world.
THST 518 BIBLE GEOGRAPHY: This course shows the lands, areas and places in the Bible the present names for the old cities, shows the maps of the towns and cities of the Palestinian world.
THST 519 ANGELOLOGY, PNEUMATOLOGY AND DEMONOLOGY: This is an advance study of the origin of the angels, how demons began their earliest trip and in-depth studies of the spirit with a great focus on Holy Spirit.
THST 520 ANTHROPOLOGY AND HARMARTIALOGY: This is Bible based research on the origin of man, origin of sin, the nature of man, his fall, redemption, rapture and eternity. The course unveils the nature of sin, damage caused by sin and the atonement for sin. It is both historical and evidential course.
THST 521 BIBLIOLOGY: This is a course that traces the origin of the Bible, the history of cannon history of inspiration and the process in which the Bible came to our reach. It reveals names given to the Bible, Bible approval of its self other books written that were not authorized and why the 66 book are chosen.
THST 522 CHRITOLOGY: This is theology of the son, dealing with incarnation of Christ His pre-existence before His birth, His earth ministry, His death, resurrection second coming and His kingdom. The course presents Christ as God, as man, as the second person of the Trinity and as our savior.
THST 523 SCRIPTURE SCIENCE: This is an advanced course that treats science in agreement with the Bible. Many things have presently proved by the scientist which the Bible recorded thousands of years ago. The course brings day to day sciences with the Bible especially as were revealed by the first Book of the Bible (Genesis).
THST 524 SYSTEMATIC THEOLOGY: This is an advanced study on theology, what the Bible reveals, what the nature reveals and what the church behaves on the natural issues including the creation, creatures and the creator.
THST 525 BIOGRAPHICAL STUDIES: This is an in-dept studies of great men and women of the Bible and of the History together with people of our time whose lives are challenging, their secrets, their visions and efforts. This course is a practical course to build the vision, management, goals, philosophy and psychology of the students.
THST 526 BIBLE ANALOGY: This is an interpretation of hard words, symbols, figures, phrases and other illustrations made in the Bible by the kings , prophets, priests, Apostles, missionaries and especially by the LORD HIMSELF JESUS used many analogical statements such as the thief to describe satan, watch to describe carefulness, blindness to describe visionlessness, dead to describe sin and born again to picture regeneration of the spirit. Paul also used wrestling to project prayers. This course helps the theologian to be balanced in thoughts.

MASTER OF RELIGION ETHICS

RCST 601 ANIMISM: This is an advanced study of the ancient Babylonian beliefs in plurality of deities which later affected other parts of the world as heathenism, idolatry and all forms of belief in seeing every nature as good or all events as gods.
RCST 602 AFRICAN TRADITIONAL RELIGION: Studies in African faith practices and philosophy gave birth to this course. It unveils the rituals, prayers, deities and all forms of traditional heritage of our ancestors. It gives rooms for the missionaries of Christian faith to have break – through in African fields.
RCST 603 WROLD RELIGION: This course traces all major sects and their practices. The origin of the religions, founders, locations, populations and the major targets will be treated.
RCST 604 COMPARATIVE RELIGION: This course treats the similarities, areas of agreements, areas of disagreements, doctrines, features and rites of all major religions of the world and, compares them with one another. The aim is not to bring them together in one umbrella but to create means for converting them to Christianity.
RCST 605 HISTORY OF RELIGION: This course treats the origin of religion beginning from Adam to world after Adam, the origin evil thought and plans to have a deity, polytheism and other religions of the world and how they originated before the flood.
RCST 606 HISTORY OF THE CHURCH: This is all about the church History starting from BC 4 when Jesus was born to A.D. 500. This course treats all about the battle that gave birth to the church, the sufferings of the church fathers, selection of the books, persecutions of the survival of the book we call Bible.
RCST 607 HISTORY OF THE CHURCH IN AFRICA: This course treats how the church started in African and the great role of Africans in spreading the gospel as we see it today. It covers the history of the ancient North African in relation with the gospel.
RCST 609 HISTORY OF ISLAM: This course treats the origin of Mohammed His life style, percentage, marriage, his dreams, burdens, and how he founded his Islam which has now covered the world.
RCST 610 HISTORY OF SHARIA: This course is an excavating survey on how the sharia started, where it started, who started it and its effects on the society of the living.
RCST 611 HISTORY OF O.I.C: This is the course that treats the origin organization of the Islamic conference (O.I.C), which is the strongest weapon of the Muslim world. It also treats the nations that make up the organization now and before. The business and boom of O.I.C is also treated.
RCST 612 HISTORY OF ISRAEL NATION: This is a course that treats Israel history from Abraham BC 2300 to the time of the apostles AD 70. It covers their wars migrations, kings, Judges, prophets, priests, governments, their kingdoms and leaderships from BC 1500 to AD 70.
RCST 613 HISTORY OF MISSIONS: This is to unveil the efforts of the early Christian missionaries starting from the time of Paul AD 70 to AD 1960 when some African fields were made to be independent. The names fields, locations, origins and organizations of the missionaries will be exposed to help the student.
RCST 614 HISTORY OF CIVILIZATION: This course treats all about civilization, how the world was civilized through the missionary activities. The contribution of the church is unveiled and the former civilization before the church will also be brought of the book for broader understanding of the students.
RCST 615 COMMUNISM: This is to study all about the communist nations, their faith rejection of religions, capitalizations, about God, their belief about man and their management of the society. This course will help the students to be good ambassadors.
RCST 616 HISOTRY OF PHILOSOPHY: This course traces the history of the ancient thought, the earliest father of philosophy and all about the origin of Western philosophers. This is a course every postgraduate student will not fail no matter his field of studies.
RCST 617 SOCIOLOGY: This course treats all about man and his society. It gives keys to what man is and how to co-exist with his fellow men. El Theological College is the greatest college that treats this course to its needed level.
RCST 618 CULTURAL ANTHROPOLOGY: This course treats all about people of different cultural backgrounds, different religious backgrounds, different educational convictions and actions or re-actions of peoples of various ethnicities. It helps the students of Eltheco to be good ambassadors representatives of the Lord and good missionaries of the church.
RCST 619 RELIGION AND INTERNATIONAL STUDIES: This course treats and evaluates the present statistics of the world, evaluates the impact of Christianity in each country, the percentage of Christianity in each country, the reigning religion of each country, the percentage of each religion in each country of the world. The challenges Christians to know what to do, that is why El Theological college is sleeplessly fighting to train soldiers of the cross to face the battle.
RCST 620 ETHNOLOGY: This course has to do with the studies of the past and present nations, their histories, activities, religions and their total behavior as it relates to gospel. Each group of people will be surveyed with a view to discover their weakness and strengths and their true knowledge of the gospel of our Lord and savior Jesus Christ.
RCST 621 FICTIOLOGY: This is an academic survey of the international cults, sects occults and false religions of our days. Their founders, locations, aims, doctrines and delusions will be majored. Their origin and the purpose of their existence will not be left out in our discussion.
RCST 622 PHILOSOPHY OF RELIGION: This is an academic survey that deals on what the religion is all about. The focus of religion, aim of religion, practices that indicate religion orders of religion and recognition of religion. The total survey of this is summarized in the IDEA OF RELIGION.
RCST 623 BIBLE LAWS: This course unveils the total 613 laws in Christian Bible with the Old testament saints views and understandings of the 613 Bible laws with a comparison of the New Testament saints understanding and New Testament of the same laws.
RCST 624 CHURCH AND GOVERNMENT: This course treats the agreements, disagreement and equal goals the church and the government. What believers owe their government and what the church expects from the government.
RCST 625 GREEK LANGUAGE: This is a course to expand the initial knowledge of the student on the Greek language. It is better for those who have covered this course at their bachelor levels.
RCST 627 CHURCH ETHICS: This is a course that treats the practices, institutions and rites of the church. It treats the qualifications of the priests, Bishops or pastors to be involved in such sacred activities.
RCST 628 RITUALISM: This is a religions course that treats all about religions rituals, rites, sacrifices, sacraments and other ordinances, it unveils activities of the religious world and their mode of worship.
MASTER OF CHRISTIAN MINISTRY
- MMI 701 FISHIOLOGY: This is the in-depth studies of fishery in connection with social winning in the 21st century AD. This is a workable method and covers all areas of evangelism with reachable instrument to affect all classes of people.
- MMI 702 KNEELOGY: This is the studies of Biblical prayers and emphasis on the need of prayers in our days. Students will be helped to understand the purpose; patterns and principles of prayers.
- MMI 703 PROPHETIC WARFARE: The present day ministry needs prophetic warfare prayers like that of Elijah students will be helped to know the scriptures to apply, quote and read in any given condition and have best to attack and defeat enemies in their attacks.
- MMI 704 PULPIT FISHERY: The pulpit fishery is a new method to convert sinners reach every church member, address every situation by the ministers from his pulpit. This is the newest method of evangelism from the pulpit which also is the newest and fastest method of church growth in this 21st century AD.
- MMI 705 NEW CHURCH GROWTH PRINCIPLES: Wrong ethics, wrong methods, legalism, expired methods, poor vision, illiteracy, poor philosophy, poor information and unequipped personals have killed many churches and have rendered many organizations stagnant, dwarfish and diminishing. This course equips the students and helps them to know what to do keys to use people to use and sermons to preach that will affect church growth in this computer use.
- MMI 706 COUNSELING: Until man is directed to his normal self, his actions, thought and health will not be sound. Counseling is to bring man back to his normal and rightful position. This course aims at bringing believers, the church, the sick, the deviant, sinner, the confused or the troubled soul to his right mind. This approach is based on the scripture and psychological evidences.
- MMI 707 HUSBANDRY: This is an advanced course for the general overseers, pastors, district leaders and all in one position or the other in the church. It is both shepherding, fishery and farming methods of church administration. It covers managements, administration, leadership, ministry, delegation and all relationship.
- MMI 708 OUTREACH MINISTRY: Outreach ministry is an expanded programme conducted outside the local church authority. It is an advanced course for the called evangelist prayer co-coordinators, superintends and ministers with visions of missions and field ministries.
- MMI 709 CHRISTIAN MINISTRY: An advanced and enlarged teaching on all about ministry, preaching or duties of the church, duties of the clergy, duties of the believers and laws governing them. The student will be helped to occupy a position for effective ministry.
- MMI 710 OFFICE MANAGEMENT: In this course the student will be taught the total business of management, the duties of the manager, duties of the supervisor, the duties of the director and the duties of the employees. The management of men, money, materials, machineries and ministries will be exposed. The taste purpose location and vision will be exposed in relation to the church administration.
- MMI 711 CRISIS MANAGEMENT: This is an advanced course on what to do when there is nothing to do. It is what to do times of confusion, crisis, or storms of life in the church, family or business. It is an advanced managerial course for the 21st century minister who often face church splitting, crisis and seriously in need of management.
- MMI 712 PRINCIPLES OF HOME MANAGEMENT: This is an advanced course for the management of family income, family budgets, training of children, family debt, family possessions, family devotion, family business and family position. It includes necessary things needed in the Christian home for the survival of the family and upbringing of the children.
- MMI 713 PRINCIPLES OF LEADERSHIP: A course for those in the authority especially in the church of God. It is an advanced course for the leaders of God’s people. It goes deep to fish out the Do’s and Don’t in today’s leadership and unveils the strategies to score the leaders visions and goals.
- MMI 714 PUBLIC RELATIONS: This is an ambassadorial course for those in authority who would like to have connections with the rich men, enlightened men, with government officials, with leaders and with the foreigners, with the white missionaries and with the world. It covers what to do, where to go and what to say in any given condition. It is a course on how to relate effectively.
- MMI 715 PRINCIPLES OF SELF DEVELOPMENT: This is the course that makes a student to discover who he is. It helps the student to discover the riches, materials, wealth, potentials, ideas and powers God bestowed in Him which he has not discovered for long, but this course helps the students to discover many things hidden in him and we help him to develop them and have success and progress.
- MMI 716 PUBLIC SPEAKING: This course helps the student to understand speeches, how to analyze task, how to discover ideas, how to focus your idea, how to develop idea into speech, how to sport the ideas of your speech, how to conclude your talk, how to word your speech and helps the student be gold whenever he is called to speak in public.
- MMI 717 MISSIOLOGY: an advanced study on missions leading to create great awareness on the needs for missions, how to be involved in missions, secrets of missions and the general business of mission fields. This course is best for church planters, church leaders, missionaries and evangelists.
- MMI 718 SKILL DEVELOPMENT: Skill development is designed to build one who will build others. It is the impartation of wisdom, knowledge, information and series into students, which will lead them to discover the potential members in their churches and develop them as well.
- MMI 719 CHARISMA: This is one of the richest courses of the students with Pentecostal backgrounds. It equips, informs, excavates, builds motivates and challenges the student to discover and possess the needs of spiritual gifts. It creates awareness of the spiritual gifts visions, missions ministries and goals and helps the students to possess them and score all in his ministry.
- MMI 720 PRINCIPLES OF JOURNALISM: This is a course that promotes the efficiency of the student and increases his ability to write, arrange and to know what to write, how to write and the methods of reporting issues. Every minister by the virtue of his office is a journalist and this is designed to build him report well.
- MMI 721 COMMUNICATION: Communication is a part of public speaking; here communication is a combination of both English language and public speaking. It helps the students to know the right words, right phrase, how to channel their words and what makes their audience understand them and believe them also.
- MMI 723 POTENTIOLOGY: This is the studies of potentials in men, it helps the student discover his uniqueness, God’s power in him, God’s plan for him, what God can accomplish through him he obeys, and how to discover and develop the potentials that will reach his desired goals. It makes the student to pursue his visions plans goals and ambitions that are void of sins.
- MMI 724 CHRISTIAN EDUCATION: This is the deep studies of man’s developments, man’s process of understanding and modes catching what were taught. It covers all about Sunday school lessons, Sunday school education, Bible studies and mode of instructions in the church. It includes all educational management in the church.
- MMI 725 PRINCIPLES OF BIBLE STUDIES: An in-depth studies of the scriptures which helps the students to understand the story, the illustration, the life , the message, the meaning, the spirituality and emphasis is an important academic work to students of El Theological college which without doubts exposes students to the Bible truth.
- MMI 726 MINISTERIAL ETHICS: While it is real that holiness cannot succeed without discipline, it is difficult to talk on discipline without ethics. This course aims at bringing the student to the highest standard of discipline to know what to do, when to do, how to do and where to do them. It has to do with all that the ministry needs based on good and moral conduct of the minister.
- MMI 727 CROSS CULTURAL COMMUNICATION: This is a missionary oriented course best for those who aim at ministering in other tribes, states or in foreign countries. The course is aiming at building, equipping and educating the student for effective cultural communication. It covers all about the languages, culture, religions, behaviours, level of understanding and general life in the missionary fields.
MASTER OF BIBLICAL EXEGESIS
BST 801 GENESIS: This course covers the studies of every beginning, the studies of the earliest history, earliest creations, earliest events and a comprehensive comparison with what the science and nature hold.

BST 802 DEUTERONOMY AND EXDOUS: It is great insights of the freedom of enlarged Israel, their experience and the second laws with a view understand their experiences from Egypt to Canaan.

BST 803 PENTATUCH: This advance study has to do more with the people, land, wars and experiences that took place between Genesis and Deuteronomy. References to Biblical evidences will not be left out but will be treated in detail.

BST 804 O.T. SURVEY: This course is divided into five volumes. O.T. Vol 1 covers Genesis to Judges; Vol II is from I Samuel to II Chronicles Vol II covers from Ezra to Job, while Vol IV covers from Psalm to Songs of Solomon. Vol V is from Isaiah to Malachi. Survey is to discover with intents to understand important issues, persons, places and things that featured.

BST 805 N.T. SURVEY: New Testament survey is an insight to review the New Testament Bible with intent to understand the most important persons, places, events, issues, or things that featured prominently. This course is divided into three volumes also. Vol I is from Matthew to Acts of the apostles, Vol II is from Romans to Philemon, Vol III is from the book of Hebrews to Revelation.

BST 806 MAJOR AND MINOR PROPHETS: This course will lead to careful studies of the Bible prophets, their names, origin, life styles, prophecies, weakness, success and their calling or areas of concentration. The course will help students be challenged.

BST 807 JOSHUA, JUDGES AND RUTH: The studies of these three books gives us the entire conditions of the chosen race, their struggle, life, piety and wars. We have much to derive from the lives of the past heroes, through the challenges of their success and errors.

BST 808 DANIEL AND EZEKIEL: This is the study of revival. These two books encourage the students to occupy, be focused and be vision oriented minister.

BST 809 BOOK OF ISAIAH: This book in separate note is called the Bible in the Bible and it is taken as the majors. It will help the student to have more insight especially those that want to preach before Kings.

BST 810 I AND II CHRONICLES: The books to study the lives, achievement, success and failures of the kings of both southern and northern kingdoms which will form a strong academic base to build the student.

BST 811 I AND II SAMUEL: This beginning of the Israel kingdom, life of Saul, David, Jonathan, Absalome, Rehoboam and other prominent issues are academic and spiritual matters to equip our students.

BST 812 CHARACTER STUDIES: The in-depth studies of the lives of Noah, Moses, Gideon, Samuel, Samson, David, Solomon, John the Baptist, Peter, Paul and other good and bad characters in the Bible can help the student to be more balanced and quipped in the ministry.

BST 813 JEREMIAH AND LAMENTATION: The life words, message and tears of Jeremiah is the epitome of the gospel ministry. Theological students, like those of El Theological College Aba, owe their victory to the experiences and the revelations of prophet Jeremiah.

BST 814 PSALMS, PROVERBS, ECCLESIATES AND SONGS: The poetic books of the Bible are full of comfort with mysterious meanings, prophecies and revelations that are peculiar to the church, believers or Christian ministries. Jesus was fully pictured in these books. Students are helped to interpret the books. Students are helped to interpret the books.

BST 815 LIFE OF CHRIST: The birth, ministry, preaching, teaching parables and miracles of Jesus and the cities where they were performed will be majored in this discourse to help the student have full knowledge of our Christian faith.

BST 816 BOOK OF JOB: The book of Job teaches life experiences, bitter and sweet experiences of man and teaches both poverty, prosperity, patience, love demonic attacks and God’s deliverance. Students will be enriched with great treasures of life and academic input.

BST 817 ACTS OF THE APOSTLES: The earliest history of the church, the apostolic reasons and the missionary journeys of St. Paul will be examined and studied academically to derive their secrets to equip our ministries.
BST 818 PAULINE ESPISTLES: Epistles of St. Paul will be examined with its historical reasons. The condition for which they were written and the message of each book will be examined in academic and ministerial views.

BST 819 GENERAL EPISTLES: General epistles of the New Testament will be viewed; their back ground, emphasis, messages and the condition in which the letters were written will be examined academically.

BST 820 NEHEMIAH AND EZRA: The book of building and of records will help the students to be what God has planned for them. Nehemiah calls for building of the broken wall Ezra calls for the building of broken hearts.

BST 821 REVELATION: John Revelation will be discussed with Daniel and Ezekiel coupled with some chapters of Matthew, Mark and Luke to compare all with the Bible eschatology to equip the student theologically.

BST 822 JOHNS GOSPEL: Studies of John’s gospel with view to consider the divine person of Jesus and Jesus claim of Himself “I AM” the studies will help an advanced theologian to stand firm on his conviction.

BST 823 SYNOPTIC GOSPEL: The human side of Jesus will be considered, his temptation, his miracles and what others said of about him coupled with his death and sufferings will be viewed scripturally and academically.

BST 824 BIBLE DISPENSATIONS: The division and stages of the from Adam to the time of the apostles were divided into seven and each part ended up in divine judgment. This course will be discussed with history and events of the last days to equip the students of El Theological College be sound in reasoning.

BST 825 BIBLE MANNER AND CUSTOMS: This course unveils the lives, trades and manners of the nations that existed during the Bible days especially from the periods of Abraham (Babylonian era BC 2300 to the period of Paul Greek era AD 70).

BST 826 INTRODUCTION TO BIBLE LANGUAGES: This course has to do with the ancient names of cities, places, persons and words used by the Bible, their locations, meanings and their present name and locations will be studied to help the students for broader understanding.

BST 827 BIBLE DIGEST: The Bible Digest is the course that deals with the Bible treasures, miracles, promises and revelations of what God wants the believer to know. This course helps the students to understand the bible.

BST 828 BIBLE MOUNTAINS AND PLACES: This is the studies of Bible Mountains, their significances, things that took places in the mountains, why those things took place there, the spiritual symbol their prophetic manifestations.

BST 829 NEW TESTAMENT MINISTRY: This course unveils the Christian ministries as is supported by the New Testament church, derived from the New Testament Books.

These courses are special courses that are not found in other Bible Colleges in Nigeria. They are special methods and special course designed by El Theological College to groom, build, equip and train her students which are hardly seen elsewhere, thus, our method becomes the best.

DGI 527 ENGLISH 4: This is an advanced English language dealing with communication and effective English diction for today’s ministry.

DGI 629 ENGLISH LANGUAGE 5: This is the enlargement of vocabularies which helps the student to stand bold before his equals without shame.

DGI 728 ENGLISH USAGE 6: This is an advanced English studies for those in their final studies. It deals on use of English, origin of words and how best to express ones feelings.

DGI 529 COURSE DESCRIPTION: Student of postgraduate school will be taught on how to master, interpret and describe authoritatively every course within his discipline. This gives him power to teach, explain, write and know every course without the aid of another book or another person. He masters every course by knowing the title, theme and the aim of such course.

DGI 530 BIBLE BOOKS REVIEW: This course aims at building a student to know how to write, evaluate, draw meanings, derive materials and how to write Bible commentaries without looking on what others have written. The course empowers the students to interpret, understand and report on the Bible issues as former Bible communicators did.

DGI 531 BOOK REVIEW: Like Bible review, this course motivates students to read other books, thought, idea, aim and the message of the writer and reports the same lively. This is the foundation of education.

DGI 532 ACADEMIC REVIEW: This course is the course that makes a postgraduate student, master of all courses. It has to do with reviewing some issues that matter much in academic world and treating them to the understanding of the student which he will also be allowed to report his or her derivations in such course to authenticate his studies.

DGI 629 RESEARCH CONTACT: This course brings the postgraduate students to the field of raw materials and helps him to learn how to use raw materials to and useful and refined materials for effective academic programmes. The students here are exposed on how to create academic courses, how to form courses and how to consider courses for the effective consumption of the junior students.

DGI 630 PSYCHOLOGICAL EQUIPMENT: This course is designed to build the postgraduate student to be more reasonable, more mature and more thoughtful in action, speech and academic works. The student will be taught on how to draw conclusion in certain academic matters.

DGI 631 PHILOSOPHICAL MANDATE: This course makes all postgraduate students to be great thinkers, constructive planners, visionary viewers and idea creators. Here students are brought to level of constructive judgments, reasoning and creation of known or unknown ideas into the academic world. The students of this course are full knowledge, ideas and are brushed to be knowledge and information distributors.

DGI 632 WRITING TECHNIQUES: Until an academic puts what he has learnt into writing (book) to and shares with the world, his knowledge is still covered. This course exposes students to the writing techniques and creates the value of writing into their hearts. He will be taught the necessary things in every publication.

DGI 728 TEACHING TECHNIQUES: While some masters and doctorate degree holders fear to handle some courses even at a junior level, the postgraduate student of El Theological College has not such fear because he was trained to be special in teaching courses at all levels. Teaching techniques help the student, to know what to teach, the aim of every teaching, key words in teaching. Emphasis needed and what are required of every topic or every course in the college.

DGI 729 VOCABULARY ENLARGEMENT: This is also called vocabulary building. This course makes the student to the be very versatile in educational matters. He is here build to be great while his different vocabularies are built and enlarge greatly. His hearing vocabulary will be enlarged. His reading vocabulary will be enlarged, His writing vocabulary will be enlarged, His speaking vocabularies will be enlarged to clear him from fear, inferiority complex, shyness, dwarfish approaches and poor expressions.

DGI 730 FOCUS ENLARGEMENT: Why do we have many confused ministries today especially those who attended one Bible College or the other? The answer to this question is because the ministers were not directed their focus. One may be directed to his ministry and occupy his ministry and still misses one focus in such his ministry focus. El Theological College has it as a serious duty to direct students to their focus for great achievements.

DGI 731 SPECIALIZATION: One of the greatest pride of every scholar is specialization. He is called expert in the very field of his calling or his field of academic. This course aims at bringing him to his specialized courses as an academician and to his specialized field as a master. It is a course for specialization.

DGI SCHOLASTIC KNOWLEDGE: There are many and different knowledge’s but there is academic and scholastic knowledge. This is a different knowledge from what others possess. Scholastic knowledge is what is obtained only in the college of higher learning. A scholar in this sense is one who often reads, often studies, often writes, researches learns and one that receive information. This course will sharpen the student to have knowledge of that education is all about and helps the student to adopt such life as a result of such knowledge.

DGI SCHOLASTIC INFORMATION: This is the course that teaches and gives desired information to the student. The student is here brought to great knowledge and information that will change his thinking, life and behavior to a scholastic level.

REQUIREMENTS FOR POSTGRAUDATE ADMISSION
1. Students for masters degree must have finished their bachelor degree courses.
2. Students for doctorate programmes must have finished their maters degree in similar courses or disciplines.
3. All certificates from similar and different fields of studies are required .
4. Transcripts from former college(s) authenticating the reality of the students claim.
5. Letters of recommendation from two referees.
6. Registration and application through purchasing and obtaining the form.
7. Purchasing the postgraduate catalogue for details.

DOCTOR OF PASTOROLOGICAL STUDIES

This programme is designed for the senior ministers of the gospel who are on full time gospel ministry for the LORD. It is a course for called apostles, prophets, Evangelists, pastors and for called teachers at the altar of the Lord.

The programme is designed to help the Bible preachers and teachers and for all who may occupy leadership posts in the church of God. It is for the leaders of God’s people and all who desire to lead, teach or preside over the congregation of the LORD.

This programme is designated to create insight to the Biblical teachers and preachers and to educate them in Biblical mysteries, church community and the religious world at large. It is a two year programme for the full time gospel preachers and teachers who have acquired their Diploma in related discipline or four years for those without their initial experience or without Diploma. It is both graduate and undergraduate studies and extend also to the postgraduate studies on the same route.

POSTGRADUATE PACKAGES
The postgraduate packages are known as the postgraduate courses. These are the expected course for our postgraduate students. The keys to studies are to be understood the aim and purpose of each course, and to summarize the course. Major emphases are on the introduction and the summary of the course, then, followed by an academic research on the very course in order to understand it well. Below are courses for our postgraduate students.
1. GENERAL PREAMBLE
These are courses that must be studied in our postgraduate school. Some of these courses are seminars, special lessons or issues that demand serious attention in postgraduate school of this institution.

PS 501 INTRODUCTION TO PREAMBLE STUDIES: This is an introduction of what the postgraduate school and its studies look like. This course gives insight f what follows the postgraduate education. This of course, is the beginning of postgraduate idea to the student. This course gives the student idea or hint of what he would meet and be in his postgraduate school.

PS 502 THOUGHT CREATION AND THEORIES: This is a postgraduate seminar on how to create ideas, theories courses and issues, that demand attention. Students will be taught on how to create ideas that would form a strong legacy for the blessings of others.

PS 503 ECCLESIASTICAL ANTHROPOLOGY: This course is a postgraduate seminar dealing on the philosophical and psychological life of the church. It helps the graduate to understand what the church is and what the church stands for and how the church lives as a body of Christ.

PS 504 HISTORY AND INTERPRETATION OF THEOLOGICAL COURSES: This course is a postgraduate seminar dealing on how to interpret theological course, the meaning of courses and the history of theological courses in our Bible Colleges today. The understanding of the courses will help the student to be an authority and to master the course.

PS 505 PHILOSOPHY OF MANAGEMENT: This course features three issues:
1. Philosophy of management which deals on managerial matters
2. Psychology of leadership which treats leadership qualities and all its programmes
3. Craft of teaching which treats how to teach, what to teach, how to impart knowledge and stages of knowledge in man.
PS 506 EDUCATION MANAGEMENT: This course is on the keys to postgraduate seminar on how to manage life and education and keys to study and master the course fully as an authority. It deals on how to master ideas and theories of life.

PS 507 PHILOSOPHY OF THEOLOGY: This course is on other theological ideas, philosophical matters in theology and other theories in Christian theology. It presents all other ideas and theories concerning what the church believes and also presents the ones already agreed by the church and the Hebrews.

POSTGRADUATE GENERAL COURSES

The postgraduate general courses are those courses that both PGI (Maters) and the PG II (Doctorate) degrees students share together, otherwise known as general courses for all postgraduate students in our college. These courses are inevitable to postgraduate students in our college as we stated them below.

PGG 601 BIBLE STATISTIC: This course is on the major events of the Bible, records of what great characters did in the Bible, records of wars, famines,, deliverance, fears, and records of exiles and things that follow them the aim is to make the student to master the Bible.

PGG 602 MYTHOLOGY: This is the studies of the ancient myths, oral traditions, Semitic records and other ancient views about life and human existence. The purpose of this course is to give solid Christian foundation to the student of postgraduate school.

PGG 603 ETHNOLOGY: This course is on the history, life, migration, development, settlement and the cultures of nations, especially in the Bible days and during the Old Testament times. It deals with the views, ideas and lives of each ethnic group found in the Bible and in the history. The purpose of this course is to help the student to have solid understanding that the Bible records and God’s dealing with Israel are time and divine.

PGG 604 BIBLE ETYMOLOGY: This is the study of the origin and means of the Bible words. It is to discover the original Hebrew, Aramaic, Greek or Latin words used in our today’s Bible to know how to apply them in today’s ministries. The purpose of this course is to help the student to be Bible based and to be Bible authority.

PGG 605 JURISDICTIOLOGY: This course treats Bible laws to people, to nations and to Israel. It is on the laws of God and principles of living. It brings laws and judgment of God into one class. It helps to know why there is God’s judgment after this world. The purpose of this course is for the student to be interpreter of the Bible laws and judgments.

PGG 606 BIBLE CHRONOLOGY: This course aims at educating the students on the dates, time and places of events in the Bible according to their chronological order. The purpose of this course is to help the postgraduate student to have full understanding of dates and places of events recorded in the Bible.

PGG 607 BIBLE DIGEST: This course unveils the miracles, teachings, parables and life of Christ and also presents Christ and the only theme of the entire Bible. The purpose of this course is to make the postgraduate student Bible based and Bible scholar of the New Testament church of Jesus Christ.

PGG 608 CRUCIFIXIOLOGY (THEOLOGY VII): This is a course that fights against the Bible critics and all opposes of Bible revelations. It is devoted to answer all false allegations against the crucifixion of Jesus on the cross and opposed the muslim fabrication that presents Judas Iscariot as been crucified instead of Jesus Christ. It presents Jesus as the one crucified, who also died and resurrected after three days. The purpose of this course is to help the postgraduate students to understand the mystery of Christ death.

PGG 609 HISTORY OF INSPIRATION: This course tells on how the Bible was revealed, how the Bible came to us, peoples view about the Bible and the testimonies about the Bible. The course unveils the authority of the Bible and presents the Bible as the true word of God in human literature and the final revelation to man from God. The purpose of this course is to help the postgraduate student to trust the Bible as the word and revelation from God.

PGG 610 SOTERIOLOGY: This course has to do with the doctrine of salvation. This is to present Christian salvation as a spiritual issue and the reality of Christian emphasis on freedom from sin. It explains salvation in a plan word and presents sin as most dangerous enemy that needs to be conquered by a believer through faith in Christ Jesus and the atoning death on the cross. The purpose of this course is to help the student to understand salvation in its true meaning.

PGG 611 PHRASEOLOGY: This is one of the most important courses of the postgraduate school. The course deals on the particular in which words, phrases and articles arranged when saying or writing something. This tells the students on how to write a book, how to present a talk and how to put ones idea in an organized way. This is beyond journalism or Christian writing but an advanced idea of putting words for meaningful usage. This course will help the student to understand writing hence that is part of his postgraduate works.

PGG 612 PHYSIOLOGY: This course is on the study of the normal functions of living things. It will dwell on the proper functions of man’s body, blood, soul and spirit. The course will differentiate the functions of man from other living things and directs how man can peacefully well and finally reach his eternity.

PGG 613 HISTORY OF WESTERN PHILOSOPHY: This course traces the origin of Greek philosophy and how the Greelians started their views that influenced the world today. The western philosophers and their views (philosophies) shall be treated, while things that surrounded them shall be treated. The purpose of this course is to build the postgraduate student with solid philosophy.

PGG 614 BIBLIOLOGY: This is the advanced studies of the origin, the printing, the writing, the inspiration, the authenticity, the translation and all the process through which we got our Bible. The purpose of this course is to equip the postgraduate students with the proper knowledge of the Bible.

PGG 615 PHILOLOGY (INTRODUCTION TO BIBLE LANGUAGES): This course explains some words in the Bible with our today’s language and gives meaning to changed phrases in the Bible. The meaning of words, places, things and difficult matters are majored. The purpose of this course is to equip the postgraduate student with the proper understanding of the Bible language words and phrases.

PGG 616 HERESIES: This is an advanced theological course dealing with Heresies. This course explains what heresy is and what heresy is not. It majors in explanation and teaching of the following:
1. HERESY (Heresiology)
2. DELUSION (Delussiology)
3. REGRESSION (Regressiology) and finally directs the student to the Bible truth with a solid foundation in Christ.
PGG 617 HISTORY OF RELIGION I: This course traces the organ of religion right from the garden of Eden to the time of Noah, through Nimrod and to the establishment of public worship unto what we have today as multiple religions. This is an advanced and postgraduate study that helps the students to be very vast in understanding of all about religion and all its implications.

PGG 618 SCIENTOLOGY: This course deals on the religions idea and system that based on getting knowledge of man and spiritual fulfillment through courses of study and training. Both the negative and positive sides of this debate shall be studied and dangers attached to that shall be exposed through this study. The purpose of this course is to train the mind of a postgraduate student to be mature.

PGG 619 SCHOLASTICISM: This is both religious and theological debate that produces the different ideas of life, world, man, eternity and principles of living. It is a system of philosophy that is based on religious and theological principles of activities writing and teaching. The purpose of this course is to make a postgraduate student a fountain of knowledge.

PGG 620 CHURCH GOVERNMENT: This course is based on the governmental systems of the church and how churches are organized to carry on their administrations. This is simply the government system approved according to the denominational stand. The purpose of this course is to help the postgraduate student to discover other systems of government available today in the churches.

PGG 621 THE CHURCH AND GOVERNMENT: This course is about the relationship of the church and the secular government. It is fully on what the church owes the secular government, what the government owes the church and all rights of church members as true citizens of the land. The purpose of this course is to help the postgraduate student to know his rights in the society and in the land or country of his birth.

PGG 622 INTERPERSONAL RELATIONSHIP: This course has to do with how to develop and maintain relationship with another fellow. It is pastoral course dealing on positive relationship with insiders and outsiders order to cause growth and balanced ideas from others. The purpose of this course is to shape the psychological system of the postgraduate students.

PGG 623 PHILOSOPHY OF LEARNING: This is a course on the philosophy of learning and the purpose of teaching. This is an educational course aiming at bringing the student to an advanced seat of knowledge and studies. The purpose of this course is to build the postgraduate student with the purpose of learning, benefits of education and with the scholastic quality as a postgraduate certificate holder in our society.

ADVANCED PASTORAL STUDIES
(DOCTORATE DEGREE COURSES ONLY)
This is a specialized field of studies for church leaders, church founders and all those who occupy one big post or the other in the church of GOD. This field of studies shall benefit church officers, pulpit ministers and those in church administrations or leadership.

DOCTOR OF PASTORAL ETHICS
DP 701 CHARACTER STUDIES: This is the study of Bible characters, especially those who occupied great positions in the leadership and government of Israel. Their secrets of success and qualities of life shall be discussed and reviewed. Nevertheless, people like Noah, Abraham, Moses, Joshua, Samuel and others shall be studied to challenge the student in his pastoral business.

DP 702 HEROLOGY: This is the study of the Bible heroes, like the Bible characters the emphasis on this is what the heroes did, their works strategies and visions shall be studied in order to build the postgraduate pastoral students. The people like David, Solomon, Elijah, Ezra, John the Baptist, Peter and Paul shall studied in order to bring their strategies life to us.

DP 703 BIOGRAPHICAL STUDIES: This is the studies of Christian heroes whose lives, teachings, writings and histories have influenced not only their people but the church today. It is the studies of the lives and activities of missionaries, church fathers and other great Christians who have contributed to what we have today. The purpose of this course is to help the gospel minister to progress.

DP 704 SHEPHERDING: This is the advanced lecture on shepherding resulting to the survival of the sheep. The student will be taught all about the flock, the goat, the sheep and other animals (people of different faith and lives). The purpose of this course is to equip the student on pastoral business.

DP 705 LIFE OF CHRIST: This is an advanced ministerial study dealing with the life, character and records on Christ. It is a course on the testimonies of others, testimonies of the prophets and the testimonies of heaven and Bible about Jesus and even the personal testimonies of Jesus about Him. The course will go ahead to reveal how Jesus lived and how he faced oppositions, attacks and persecutions in his days. How he called cared and taught his people shall be discussed and be acknowledged. This course aims at challenging the student with Jesus character.

DP 706 THE MINISTRY OF CHRIST: This course is on the preaching, teaching parables and miracles of Christ. The total study in this case centers on what Jesus did in his ministry during his lifetime on earth. The purpose of this course is to help the postgraduate pastor to take examples from the ministries of ministry. This is an advanced course in the ministry.

DP 707 CHURCH ADMINISTRATION: This course is on how to make the church be what God has planned it to be using good administration. This has to do with the usage of men and things around to score the goal of the church. This course will treat the works of the administrator and how the administrator can use others to project all programmes of the church. The purpose of this course is to help the pastor survive.
DP 708 CHURCH LEADERSHIP: This course on the total leadership through inspiration to others, motivation to others, delegating others, influencing and discipline others by showing examples on how the business should be. It is on general church leadership. The courses will emphasis on the life of a leader, how to lead, and what to lead and secret of all successful leadership. This course is for the leadership success in the church.

DP 709 CHURCH MANAGEMENT: This is on how to use men, money, machinery, materials and the ministry to achieve both sacred and secular success. It explains management as the proper use of the 5 ms in the church. The purpose of this course is to groom the postgraduate pastor in the forgotten issues in the church of God.

DP 710 CHRISTIAN DIRECTORSHIIP: This course is on how to direct internal and external issues in the church and of the church. This is among the administrative studies in the church. It has to do with organization, delegation, supervision and appointments in the body of Christ. The purpose of this course is to groom the postgraduate pastor on frequent issues on his table and under the floor.

DP 711 ECCLESIOLOGY: This is the study about the functions, ministries, activities, beliefs and worship of the church. It has to do with different methods through which the church can reach its destination, score its goals, fulfils its missions and pleases its master. Ecclesiology is a pastoral business dealing with ministerial pastures. How shall we achieve our goals and who shall we use? It is not the ministries of I but of we (not one person but many). The purpose of this course is for the pastor to know how to use lay workers in his church to score the church goals.

DP 712 PASTORAL ETHICS: This course has to do with the social and spiritual standards of life expected of the pastors, the conducts and duties of the pastor. What and how the pastor is expected to behave, act and to live in public and private places. The ministry of the pastor and issues surrounding the pulpit activities of the man of God is the focus. The purpose of this course is to help postgraduate pastor to understand ethics surrounding his calling.

DP 713 PASTORAL INTEGRITY: This course has to do with the integrity, quality of life, personality and moral standard of the pastor. Who is a pastor, how does a pastor behave and what type of respect does the pastor possess before the church and before the world? The purpose of this course is to prepare the postgraduate pastor to fit in and the type of minister God wants.

DP 714 PARLIAMENTARY LAW: This course has to do with church meetings and systems of meetings in the church. It is about the laws that govern meetings. This is all about the parliamentary system in the church government especially in church meetings. How can we put motion, adjourn the meeting, and vote and how shall the minutes of the meetings be written and read? The purpose of this course is to help the postgraduate pastor to be fully organized in his parliamentary church system.

DP 715 ZOOLOGY: This is practically the study of animals. The course is practically on the study of behaviours of people (flocks) from different tribes, different races and different cultures in the church. The course aims at helping the postgraduate pastor to understand and make them to be one people of God in the church and on earth.

COURSES (A) RELIGION
PR 801 JUDIASM PGII: This course traces the doctrine history and practices of the Jewish religion founded by Moses. The religion of Israel known as Judaism demands more attention of the student of religion. The purpose of this course is to help the student to have the full knowledge of Judaism the Jewish religion that gave birth to Christianity, they gospel of life.

PR 802 CHRISTIANITY: This course traces the birth, practices faith and doctrines of Christianity, the invisible and visible relationship of man with God his maker. This course traces the history and practices of Christianity and all about Christianity as the living gospel on earth. The purpose of this course is to show the faith and mission of Christianity.

PR 803 O.T. HISTORY: This course traces and sees all about the history and people of the Old Testament of the Christian Bible. The purpose of this course is to equip the doctorate degree holder with the full knowledge of the Old Testament matters issues and peoples.

PR 804 O.T RELIGIONS: This course treats and traces other religion sects, cultures and deities found in the Old Testament times. The effects of false religions of the heathen nations around Israel shall be discussed. The purpose of this course is to help doctorate degree holder to have the total knowledge of the religions, cultures and deities seen in Old Testament.

PR 805 N.T HISTORY: This course traces and treats all about the New Testament history. The environment in which Christ lived, the government and peoples of the New Testament the problems and crisis that surrounded the New Testament world and the conditions of the Hebrews before Christ came shall be discussed. The purpose of this course is to equip the doctorate degree holder with the total events of the New Testament world.

PR 806 N.T. RELIGIONS: This course treats and traces the religions, sects, cults, and deities seen in the New Testament times before, after and during the birth of the church in Israel. The purpose of this course is to enrich the doctorate degree New Testament religions.

PR 807 CHRISTIANITY AFRICA: This course treats and traces the earliest movement of Christianity in Africa. It covers how the church reached the Africans and the speed movement of the church in Africa, covering between the first and third century AD the purpose of this course is to equip the doctorate degree student with the early impact of the church in black Africa.

PR 808 ISLAMI: This course treats and traces the life and works of Mohammed the prophet and religious founder of the Islamic world. The course will unveil how Mohammed got his burden, vision and prophecies before he began. The family background of the prophet shall also be exposed. The purpose of this course is to equip the postgraduate (doctorate) degree student with the original issues of the Islam.

PR 809 ISLAM II: This course treats, traces and unveils all secrets of Sharia law. Why are Sharia law, the effects of Sharia law and the origin of Sharia law. The purpose of this course is to equip the doctorate degree holder to have full knowledge of the Sharia law and all its effects.

PR 810 ISLAM III: This course treats traces and unveils all about organization of Islamic conference (O.T.C). The course treats what were done there; the purpose of the organization and all membership countries of the O.I.C. the purpose of this course is to enlighten the postgraduate doctor all about the O.I.C worlds and their activities.

PR 811 MUSLIM PHILOSOPHY: This course treats and unveils the practices, beliefs and religious activities of the Muslims. This purpose of rites, rituals and Muslim ceremonies shall be discussed. The purpose of this course is to enlighten the doctorate degree holder with the faith and practices of Muslims.

PR 812 HINDULISM: This course traces the history, practices, beliefs and the rituals in Hindus. The student will learn how to approach the Hindus through this course. The purpose of this course is to help the would be doctor to understand all about Hinduism as one of the major religions of the world today.

PR 813 RELIGIONAND INTERNATIONAL STUDIES: This course traces and unveils the impacts of Christianity, Islam, Hinduism, heathenism and other religions in different countries of the world. The percentage of each religion in a particular country in this world is recorded for true evaluation and evangelization. The purpose of the course is to educate the would-be- doctor on the impact of religions (especially the Christianity) in this world.

PR 814 AFRICA TRADITIONAL RELIGION: This course traces and studies the traditional beliefs in Africa. The course focuses in religion, cultures, deities, worships and festivals in Africa, more in West Africa, peculiar to Nigerian religions with more or greater concentration in Igbo religion and cultural activities. The purpose of this course is to build the doctor with a full knowledge of his father faith.

DOCTOR OF PASTORAL THEOLOGY
PT 915 ANGELOLOGY: This course treats and traces the origin of angels, the activities of angels in heaven, the work of angels, the classes of angles and why the angels exit till date. The course is all about the angels all their forms and works. The purpose of this course is to keep the knowledge of the postgraduate doctor about this great theology.

PT 916 DEMONOLOGY: This course treats all about the fallen angels whom later became demons. The works of demons, activities of demons, origins of demons, why are they demons and where are they presently. The final end of demons shall be discussed in this course. The purpose of this course is to equip the student with the shifted truth in the church.

PT 917 EVIDENTIAL THEOLOGY: This course is all about the Christian beliefs on Bible events recorded by the Christian scripture proving that such things like the flood, destruction Sodom, Abraham’s sacrifice at mount Moriah, Lot’s wife as a pillar of salt and other things recorded by the Bible that need physical evidences and sightseeing. This course proves that those things happened with literal and present evidences hence the Bible cannot lie but things that really happened on earth.

PT 918 THE APOSTOLIC CREED: This course treats and teaches the faith, practices and doctrinal stand of the apostles of Christ. The course unveils what the Christian beliefs and standards should be based on what the apostles preached practical and taught. The purpose of this course is to bring the faith and confessions of the apostles to our memory.

PT 919 BIBLE ANTHROPOLOGY: This course presents man as God presents him. It is the divine and scriptural studies of the origin of man, the component of man, spirit of man, free will of man, eternity in view, judgment for man, emotion conscience, will, blood, flesh, spirit, and the heart of man. The course treats why man dies sick weak and why man can fall or can resist temptations. The purpose of this course is to equip the student to understanding the make-ups of man according to the Bible (God).

PT 920 BIBLE THEOLOGY: This course is all about whom God is, what God is, where God is and all about God’s revelation to man according to the Bible revelations. The manifestations of God in Bible days and all attributes of God shall be discussed. This is an advanced course of the doctorate degree standard. The purpose of this course is to equip the student with what he did not hear in his undergraduate courses.

PT 921 TRINITIOLOGY: This course treats all about trinity the three persons in God head still not three gods. This course will unveil why three persons but one “God” the emphasis revealed that God is only one God while considered as spirit but three person if considered as personalities. This is aimed at keeping the student in social faith.

PT 922 SYSTEMATIC THEOLOGY: This course is on the systematized and harmonized theology, which recorded what the Bible, says both in letter in figure and in history. This course brings the theology to the direct understanding of the student. The purpose of this course is to bring the student to the full knowledge of the most important area of the Christian faith.

PT 923 COMPARATIVE THEOLOGY: This course compares the teachings, emphasis and principles of difference religions of world to check or consider their areas of agreement and matters of disagreement. The purpose of this course is to help the postgraduate student to understand the faith and beliefs of other religions of the world.

PT 924 LEADERSHIP THEOLOGY: This course is fully on the actions, principles and what the church leaders should do, how the leader should live and all practices of the church leader. The purpose of this course is to prepare the student for great Christian leadership in the church and the society at large.

PT 925 GAP THEOLOGY: This course argues that there was a gap in the book of Genesis chapter one, from verses 3-28 and produces evidences that there was world before Adam and Eve were created. PT 927 TRANSUBTANTIOLOGY: This course is on the doctrine of transubstantiation, which teaches that the Holy communion wine and bread automatically become the body and blood of Jesus Christ after the priest blessings. Nevertheless, this course argues that theory and present Christian standard belief on that matter. The purpose of this course is to help the student to understand what the church, baptism and Holy Communion stand in Christian faith and practice. This is a part of the theology of the cross and atonement.

PT 928 CHRISTOLOGY: This course to treats the incarnation, divinity, personality and pre-existences of Jesus Christ the “WORD” of God. This course is the pre-existence of Christ, personality of Christ, divine nature an human nature of Christ. The course aims at presenting Christ as a complete God and complete man. He is God who cannot die and also a man who only came to die for others. The purpose of this course is to unveil who Christ really is.

PT 929 BIBLE ARCHAEOLOGY: This course is on Bible archaeology and the scripture sciences. It treats scientific matters treated by the Bible. The course is the Genesis accounts and issues that have been confirmed by the archaeologies and scientists of our days. The purpose of this course is to prove to the student that the Bible records are true.

PT 930 MONASTICISM: This course treats and surveys the teachings that project the philosophy of separation. This course treats and argues that ministers should separate themselves from people for religious devotions. It is a course on “SEPARATION” or a course for staying “Apart” for spiritual business of God known as “DEVOTION”. The purpose of this course is to help the student to understand the mood and mode of Christian devotion.

DOCTOR OF PASTORAL PHILOSOPHY
Ph 931 INTRODUCTION TO PHILOSOPHY: This course introduces philosophy as means of living and daily activities of a man. The course major on parts of philosophy and necessary matters in mans beliefs and behaviours. The purpose of this course is to build the understanding wisdom and knowledge of the student on the solid rock of life.

Ph 932 APOLOGETICS: This course is on the defense of faith. It presents other theories and ideas as were projected the Christian faith as the final revelation of God. The purpose of this course is to show other philosophies outside the Bible as false and fake if they contradicted in the Bible truth and revelation.

Ph 933 ETHICS: This is different from pastoral ethics already discussed in this matter. This course is on the guidelines and conduct of daily living. How to do what to do and when to do it. The purpose of this course is to help the student to have understood more on how to live and what to do as life exists.

Ph 934 COMMUNISM: This course has to do with the beliefs and practices of the communist countries. It is to study and to understand what the communism is all about and all principles governing the idea of the communists. The purpose of this course is to equip the student especially the missionary on the idea of the communist especially those for foreign missions.

Ph 935 ORIGIN OF PHILOSOPHY: This course is on the origin of philosophy which traces how philosophy started, the initial thought that gave birth to what we today call philosophy. The purpose of this course is to equip the student with the origin of thoughts that gave birth to many developments in our world today.

Ph 936 SOCIOLOGY AND PSYCHOLOGY OF LEARNING: This course simply treats two things (a) Sociology of learning and psychology of learning. It is an educational course for the postgraduate student. The purpose of this course is to equip the student academically.

Ph 937 FICTIOLOGY: This course treats all religious theories, fictions and the ideas of some sects and cults. Attention is also given to the international cults, sects and other religions sects of the world. Histories and doctrines of such cults shall be majored to equip the postgraduate students. The purpose of this course is to build the student on the sound philosophy.

Ph 938 AFRICAN PHILOSOPHY: This course is on African reasoning, thoughts and practices i.e. projects African systems of living, culture and project. The religious ideas, festivities and daily activities of the Africans shall be looked into. The purpose of this course is to educate the student on African ideology.

Ph 939 IDEOLOGY: This course is philosophy of ideas, which treats the beliefs, and ideas that influence people’s lives and behaviours. This course as a philosophy is purely on the idea and culture that control or influence people’s lives, behaviours and confessions. The purpose of this course is to bring the student to social maturity and students.

BIBLICAL COURSES
BC 940 ESCHATOLOGY: This course treats all about the last days, last things and last life after life. In general, this is the study of last things, it is called the theology of the last hours. The purpose of this course is to equip the student with the issues of last days.

BC 941 PATRARCHIOLOGY: This is the study of the fathers past with concentration of the lives of Noah, Abraham, Job, Isaac, Jacob, Joseph and Lot. The lives, ministries and leadership of these seven men will be majored. Their biography and life achievements shall be treated with a focus on how they ended their race. The purpose of this course is to challenge the student to plus life and productivity.

BC 942 BIBLE PNUEMATOLOGY: This course deals directly on the teachings and doctrines of the Holy Spirit as was revealed by the Bible especially the experience of the Pentecost in Acts of the Apostles chapter two. The person, actions, works, gifts and fruits of the Holy Ghost. This course is to help the student on the issues concerning the Holy Ghost.

BC 943 O.T. PEOPLES AND PLACES: This course directly discusses the peoples and places in the Old Testament times. The course will treat the features of peoples, nations and places of important events in the Bible. The purpose of this course is to educate the student about peoples, nation and places that featured prominently in Old Testament times.

BC 944 BIBLE LANDS AND CULTURES PG II 1042: This course treats the lands, cultures and areas mentioned in the Bible. The focuses shall be the land in which Abraham lived the land in which Moses lived, the land and culture in the days of David, the land and culture in the days of Jesus and the land and culture that gave birth to the church. The purpose of this course is to make the student a Bible authority.

BC 945 BIBLE LAWS: This course treats all about laws and judgments in the Bible. The laws from the Old Testament part of the Bible especially those in the five books of Moses. The purpose of this course is to survey all laws found in the Bible and the plan of God for man.
