OUTREACH MINISTRIES OF THE COLLEGE: As an institution fully devoted to equip and to train ministers, El Theological college has outreach ministries through which it can fulfill the divine assignments. This does not mean creation of ministries in the ministry but fulfilling the ministry through ministries. El Theological college has powerful arms for outreach ministries as stated below:
GLOBAL PRAYER LINK: This is the arm of the college that stands at the gap. This is an organ of ceaseless prayers. It is a chain prayer that covers the twenty four (24) hours of the day. The duty of this group is not only warfare prayers, but petitioned prayers also from morning to night and from night till morning. This group reaches the entire world through the ceaseless prayers. Global prayer link is an arm of El Theological college that is in-charge of praying for the entire world, cities, nations, communities, people and churches. it is a ceaseless prayer band for the world.
REDEMPTION CAMPAIGNERS MINISTRY: Redemption campaigners ministry is the partner of the college that takes care of churching, publications, tracts, ministry and free Bible distribution to the poor, to sick, to the weak and to the rural dwellers. This church partner of the college is missionary oriented. This is the benevolent arm of El Theological college that cares for the scholarship of the students. Redemption campaigners ministry is an arm of Redemption campaigners mission which is the mother church of El Theological college.

OTHER BUSINESSES OF REDEMPTION CAMPAIGNERS INCLUDE:
Printing and distribution of free tracts and inviting people to church fellowship of RCM.
Printing and distribution of free gospel books, Christian literatures and cassettes and free Bible donation to people.
Caring for the foreigners in the college. Ordering and distribution of free Bibles including church services.
Offering scholarships to the poor students who cannot meet up with the fees through the help of church members.
To sponsor students who applied to them for sponsorship through the pastor of Redemption campaigners mission.
To encourage called men and women who are afraid to join Bible colleges for their training.
Redemption campaigners mission is the mother church of El Theological college.

EL EMANCIPATION MINISTRY: This is the most evangelical arm of the ministry designated to sponsor and to use the trained ministers from El Theological college in the full time ministries. The duties of El Emancipation ministry are to equip believers, to send missionaries to the heathen communities, to send and sponsor ministers to rural evangelism, church paling and to carry the gospel to unchurched areas. This is the fellowship arm of the college that shows the practical ministries of El Theological college. El Emancipation ministry is the fellowship zone of the saints and the burden bearer of El Theological college. It is the practical ministry of our days that is involved in Christianizing areas, in healing, in deliverance and in general gospel activities in the world.

GOALS OF THE INTERNATIONAL INSTITUTE OF MISSIONS
International institute of missions is a missionary arm of El Theological college. International institute of missions shall train and equip the students for the ministry and mission works. International institute of missions hsall be abbreviated as “intermissio” or intermittio.

The business of international institute of missions shall include the following ones:
To train missionaries and ministers for the gospel works.
To issue certificates to the students that are qualified for that.
To give scholarship to indigent students.
To organize seminars, periodic lectures and Bible quizzes for students.
To train ministers on regular, part time, full time studies and weekend studies.
To give examinations to students and to graduate the qualified ones.
To develop the ministries and potentials of the students.
To do all things necessary to make the students be what God has wished them to be.
To encourage missions and evangelistic activities among the students.
To teach theological and other related courses.
International institute of missions shall have the right for separate affiliation with any other institution of higher learning in order to award the degrees of such institution.
International institute of missions shall have the right to extend its academic and ministerial programmes to other states, cities and other towns of its choice.
To enjoy equal benefits with the regular and full time students of El Theological college shall be the right of the students in international institute of missions.
International institute of missions shall admit students for part time studies, weekend, evening and or regular studies and shall have the right to send such students to mission.
International institute of missions shall uphold the doctrinal stand and equal scriptural conviction of El Theological college Nigeria.
International institute of missions shall not employ teaching and non teaching staff but the staff of El Theological college shall extend their programmes and service to intermissio.

THE DEUTERONOMICAL STATEMENTS FOR THE ELTHECO NEWSITE
This stands as a new law for the students of El Theological college in their plan to go down to the permanent site of El Theological college.

This is the second law given to the students of El Theological college before the resume to the permanent site of El Theological college in Asa Nnentu, in UGWULGA, Abia State of Nigeria.

Be it known to every student that you are now representing an interest, an institution and the Christian community at large. Therefore, your speech, action, life style and movements shall be controlled and must be in accordance with the students handbook. Aimless journey, lateness, gayish appearances and hostile vibrations are no more allowed.
Remember, the eyes of all motor parks dealers, mechanics, buyers of spare parts and all people living around this place are on you, as you go as you come and as you move about, and whatever character you display before them counts much, therefore no undisciplined life shall henceforth be tolerated.
The spirituality, charisma, academic and scholastic performance which this institution is known shall hence forth the implemented and be observed, therefore every student shall put him or herself into the practice to actualize all.
Henceforth we shall implement all it takes to be a university, both in records, in attendance, in studies, in payments, in exam taking, in program attendance, in punctuality and in everything possible therefore, every student is advised to adjust him or herself because, we shall no longer tolerate all nonsense anymore.
We shall no longer tolerate debts, frequent absence, lateness, carelessness and causal appearance and unserious entry into classrooms. We shall no longer overlook any disobedience to the college rules or to college authority or to the chairman students union or to any delegated authority among the students any offender on this shall be dismissed henceforth.
Any failed exams neglected or omitted must surely hinder the student’s graduation or matriculation, therefore students are advised to check their omissions before that becomes late.
Henceforth, no student shall graduate without his or her certificate obtained, therefore students shall pay for their certificates during or before graduation as the cost of certificate henceforth shall be added to the graduation cost as university does.
Henceforth, every student should support and mount his or her pressure, vision and ability to establish and to enforce the actualization of the college church and fellowship irrespective of his or her own church of affiliation, this one is different and goes in agreement with the student’s academic programmes.
Henceforth, there shall be students outing or open air preaching in the markets or streets to invite people and this shall take place at least twice every trimester to invite students to our schools or to invite converts to our fellowship and no student shall be excused in this practice. The student’s union executives shall initiate this.
Every student henceforth is mandated to clear all his or her debts in this institution as we shall have it as a duty to knowing and checking records on who owes and who owes not in weekly basis and debtors shall be noted according to the rules of the education.
No student henceforth shall be allowed to sit in the class in each trimester without first paying his or her trimester registration fee which amounts to N2000 after the first week of school resumption, this starts immediately.
Students hence forth are mandate to campaign for more students, advertise the school and to bring more students to our college and any student who scores our target shall study on scholarship.
The projects in this school are too much and every student is mandated to support the projects financially, morally, prayerfully, materially, laboriously and otherwise, based on these no student should be idle, nor selfish nor stingy and never crafty but should add his or her own contribution to build this institution. Based n this, debtors are not friendly to the school at this time and shall not be considered fairly to the growth and survival of this institution this is true.
The students union shall henceforth revive the drammar group, the college prayer squad, the choristers and the evangelistic team of the college that are now sleeping. We need this urgently in order to boost the growth and the fame of this institution in the city.
Any student who did not cover the number of attendance required in a trimester or did not cover the number of credit hours required in a trimester or did not take the required exams in the trimester shall repeat that class henceforth.
All the errors, looseness, negligence’s, carelessness or important issues that were neglected and over looked at 200 Portharcourt Road, were don so because we were teneants in 200 Portharcourt road, which made is not to implement all required issues, but now we are the landlord and in our permanent land and are ready to show our works to the church and to God who owns the institution, thus, shall we be mere serious now than before which every student shall support.
This is an academic environment, not like 200 Port-Harocurt Road that was too noisy, therefore every student is mandated to bend won to study, to read, to research, to write and to deepen him or herself to all necessary scholaristic means. There is no need of rushing home immediately we close but each student at his or her own corner should find time to pray, mediate, read and research as nothing again shall disturb them.
Students should hence forth be organizing prayers, night vigils, personal separation and other spiritual businesses in this school hall as a body or as individuals because here is now a good and conducive place to seek the presence of God and God shall hear those who seek him here because of the great power this place possess. It shall be something great and a challenge or on Saturday s when there are no other businesses here, such prayer without doubt shall receive God’s attention.
Traveling without excuse or permission shall be seen as absence and shall be treated accordingly without any prejudice. Leaving the school before closing hour and at unauthorized time shall no more be tolerated unless permitted by the college authority with document.
Laws, rules and regulations in the students handbook shall henceforth be implemented word to word and any failure on that shall be penalized accordingly. Henceforth, this institution shall be respected, known and be fully recognized by the students as a holiness, righteousness, living and its purity Bible college. In other hand it shall also be recognized as academic, charismatic and evangelistic Bible college in the country. Students are advised to live up to this echo it and spread it as well.
This orientation manual called “Rules and guidelines on our permanent site shall be rehearsed by each student from time to time to avoid omission or forgetfulness, because the school authority shall not fail to penalize any offender in the issues above no matter his or her office.
Be praying for each other, pray for the growth, stability and advancement of this college. I am praying for you, it is a mandate to me to map out a day in each trimester to pray for you and for your miracles believe this.
The looseness and free association between opposite sex is hereby abolished men should not freely go to the hostels of women, neither should women do so to avoid slandering and criticism from outsiders who are watching us.
Evening movements by our sisters after 7pm should henceforth stopped every outside business of our female students should end by 7pm.
Any student who did not bring his or her white chair during his or her admission including other admission requirements should not sit on the chair brought by others as we shall open books to check this, defaulters take note.
Fighting, quarreling or frowning faces among the students are henceforth abolished, every conflict or misunderstanding should be taken to the appropriate quarters for settlement.
Any student that abuses the students union president or disobeys his order shall be dismissed henceforth.
Tuition fees are paid within first six weeks of the school resumption and anything later than this is regard as late payment and shall be treated accordingly.
Simplicity, piety or deep devotion coupled with personal Bible studies shall be characterized of all our students.
The students missionary activities which are parts of their academic works and activities shall henceforth begin and shall be counted as parts of their academic works. Missionary works of the students may take place in Aba, Owerri, Uyo or any city assigned to the students or where he or she chooses to work for a short time.
Student’s field works should be taken seriously by every student as no failed student shall be allowed to be in the class without completing his or her field works with marks and merits.
Eltheco night explosion shall soon be revived and every student is expected to attend and to bring other to the programme. Eltheco seminars including mission week, Bible week, Pentecost week and school of ministry which since dumped and silence due to our poor accommodation at 200 Portharcourt Road shall be restored and revived while all students shall attend all and must also invite others to the programme.
Every student should take the purpose of his or her coming this Bible college very serious in order to reap positive dividends of his or her studies because God rewards the diligent with greatness Prov. 22:29.
I have consecrated this land for your good, therefore I want every student to open up his or her secrets to God with all sincerity, holiness and with all faith and faithfulness to God, to this institution and to all men and watch your future hence forth, you shall reap the fruits of goodness, miracles and blessings if you obey all these Deut 28:1-14.
Former notions held when we were at 200 Portharcourt road shall no longer be tolerated and accepted by this institution. The notion of late payment of tuition fees, nonpayment of tuition fees, debts, lateness, exam denial, casual entries into classes, noise making, roaming bout while lectures are going on and notions of “it doesn’t matter syndromes”.
Students should love one another, campaign for more students, be involved in evangelistic activities with great love for the school and with obedience to the president and other school authorities. Practical and exemplary lives are now required.
Any student who does not want to be engaged in labour or unexpected work should be early to the school, because late comers without compromise must either clear the bush, carry blocks, sweep the compound, help the masons in work, fetch water with his or her own money or be given one manual labour or the other for one hour before entering eh class unless with tangible excuses.
Absence from the school without tangible excuses shall be penalized with manual labour due to such offences, especially through manual labours equal to such offences.
Any student union officer who refuses to carry on his or her duties effectively and faithfully shall be penalized and be removed also from the office.
No student shall graduate here without becoming spiritual, holy, great, successful, sound and academic, unless anyone that chooses the contrary way or feeling otherwise; because I have decided to take each of you to God on daily basis and have carved out periodic prophetic prayers for all of you which shall surely result to your

As godly institution, duties are shared among the qualified officers to discharge in or to have effective ministries and successful administration that shall enhance growth and spirituality. WHY EXISTING?
The purpose of El Theological college (hereinafter called simply “the college) shall be the development of Christian character and ideas. To this end it is maintained on the basic principles of the scriptural doctrine and experience of the Wesleyan interpretation of entire sanctification. The board of directors shall have power to initiate and conduct education programmes as shall be deemed essential to the providing of such education with the provision that the primary interest shall be devoted to training of the Christian ministry. The purpose of the institution shall be to provide a programme of progressive learning experiences, pledged to unswerving loyalty to God and his word and committed to the principles and stands embodied in Bible Holiness, we propose to offer training, and affair that appointment of officers either the members of the governing council, board of directors, administrative council or lecturers shall be done by the founder. The purpose of our existence include the under listed ones.

Spiritually: involvement in this is acknowledged in the doctrine of the Bible Theology with emphasis upon the foundational Bible Christian experiences of the new birth and heart holiness, the building of solid Christian, clear out separation from the world, and disciplined life, sacrificial service, and a life of faith stand as our target.
Intellectuality: the purpose is to ground the student in the Bible, the divinely inspired word of God, by intensive personal study guided by competent teacher, to equip the student to stand against faith destroying influences of modern skepticism, liberalism, and compromise, and to stimulate the individual student to his highest mental development in absolute consecration to Christ.
For life: we are specially interested in preparing labourers for the whitened harvest fields. Pastors, evangelists, missionaries and lay men as soul winners shall be the primary goal. At the same time, since we recognize the at being is more essential than doing, we shall retain as a fundamental apart of this primary goal the guiding of solid, intelligent Christian character. This is therefore added the development of mental knowledge and physical skills essential to rendering the greatest possible services to God and man. The life of Christian, dedication, discipline and unselfish service is our chief objective.
Accreditation: The college acknowledges the importance of maintain standards, which are worthy of recognition by proper authorizes. The strength of the college shall be judged primarily on whether or not it is achieving its objectives in preparing its students for effective Christian living and service. Nevertheless, the college shall work to be affiliated with some foreign colleges whose papers shall be awarded to students who merited them.
Admissions: The admission to the college is to all individual who believe the Lord Jesus Christ and are born again, who are in sympathy with our statement of faith and are willing to abide by the rules and regulations as set forth in the students handbook irrespective of age, race and culture.

THE PRIMARY FOCUS AS AN ECCLESIASTICAL BODY
For the purpose of its existence in a perpetual succession and duration, the college was established as a non-profit making body and will train students of various denominational backgrounds from nay part of the world for the spreading of the gospel with the following mandates from the LORD.
Go into the world and preach the gospel.
Heal the sick, cast out demons and loose the oppressed.
You shall be my witness after the Holy ghost has come upon you.
Teaching them all I have taught you.
The same work I do shall you do because I go to my father.
He that comes after me shall carry his cross and follow me.
You shall bear fruits and your fruits shall grow.

DIVINE MANDATE OF THE INSTITUTION AS GODLY INSTITUTION
To establish and run Holiness Bible college, to teach Bible Theology, Christian music, evangelism and many other branch of knowledge that will help the spread of the gospel.
To train and equip pastors, evangelist, missionaries, Bible teachers, lay soul winners, Christian workers and to expose them to the Biblical truth of Holiness and Holy living in line with the fundamental doctrine of our Lord Jesus Christ.
To spread the full gospel of Jesus Christ through witnessing citywide, open air or indoor crusades, church revival services with campus crusades. Ministries in primary, secondary and post secondary schools with crusades and other outreach programmes.
To establish churches and preaching centers and to train ministers to take care of the churches.
To provide spiritual and personal counseling through the preaching and producing of the gospel ministries.
To publish books, Christian literatures, gospel materials and to run gospel bookshops for the equipment of the students.
To establish and run a printing press for the purpose of producing religious and educational books and materials; and to make available the produced material to other organizations and institutions.
To establish primary and secondary schools that should be distinctively built on Christian philosophy.
