To equip the General Superintendents, Bishops, Missionaries, freelancers and other groups of ministers in their specialized fields of operations. A new school has been established to make them effective and functional in their offices.

Specialized training for the bishops, the stationed pastors, field evangelist, the missionaries and the freelance revivalist is a Bible school established to equip ministers with specialized field of ministries.

There are specific and specialization one year training for specific ministers with specific positions, callings and specific functions which covered about twelve months for those who have already been trained theologically. One year program is for those who have specific ministries, offices and specific functions in the body of Christ. This specific training is for the Bishops, stationed pastors, field evangelists, missionaries and the freelance revivalists. The question may arise “who are these gospel ministers among the gospel ministers?

THE BISHOP: This is a minister incharge of a denomination who had pioneered the course of the apostle. He is presently called the General Overseer, the General Superintendent or General coordinator of his church. Humanly speaking, he is the founder of his church with many branches having many ministers under his leaderships. This one year training for Bishops is for persons of this class and such persons are scripturally described as the Bishop; and these training calls for such categories of ministers.

STATIONED PASTORS: The stationed is the minister in charge of a local church either employed by a Bishop or self employed to care for a local church. He may either be a visioneer or a pioneer but with concentration to the local church; he may be called for local church or was conditioned by circumstances for local church ministries. He is a local pastor in charge of a congregation with members, boards, groups and many committees under his leadership.

FIELD EVANGELIST: The field evangelist is a minister specifically called for soul winning church planting and global evangelism. He is a called evangelist with a single vision of converting sinners. An evangelist is a minister with a denominational base but without a local church as a pastor. He goes from one city to another and from one denomination to another, all with the zeal to share the gospel, to preach the gospel and to convert sinners for Christ.

MISSIONARY: The missionary is a minister that was wither sent by the Lord, by the church, by group of people, by another person or by self to start, plant or support the gospel ministry in a foreign land, different culture, distant land, different race or in a different country or locality. He is a church planter, gatherer, flock keeper, different culture. Missionary is a minister of the gospel with a mandate to establish, builds, gather, plant or to sustain the gospel works in a foreign or distant area.

FREELANCE REVIVALIST: The freelance revivalist is a gospel minister who is not working under any church or denomination. He carries visions and sponsors such visions according to his vision. He teaches, preaches and conducts crusades, revivals or seminars under the platform of non-denomination. He is not employed by any Bishop or by any ministry. He has no specific church where he is a full time minister; still, he is a genuine servant of God. He may belong to a denomination as a member or have a local church as his base, still, never a full time minister of these. He goes from one local church or the other, conduction revival, soul winning seminars, crusades and other gospel activities. He receives invitations from churches to preach and to teach. He is not under any leader because he is not a full time service with any church. He is nothing but a “freelancer”.

WHAT IS THE SPECIALIZED TRAINING SCHOOL FOR THE CLERICS?
God did not call all ministers to do the same work but He called all to have the same aim and the same purpose for the same kingdom. There are many offices and different officers. He called some for apostolic works (Apostles), some for prophetic works (prophets), some for evangelistic works (evangelists), some for pastoral works (pastors) and others for the tutorial works (teachers), while other were ordained as Bishops (General Overseers) still there are others who chose and were ordained to awaken, revive and strengthen the church (revivalist). These men need special training in order to do their jobs effectively and perfectly. Below is specialized school for such class.

SCHOOL OF SPECIALIZED MINISTRY:

The school of specialized ministry is a special school in El Theological College built to equip and to train the Bishops, General Superintendents, appointed and elected church leaders to be functional, effective and diligent in their duties.

EQUIPPING THE FIVE FOLD MINISTERS

This is a special school for the training, building, grooming and stabilizing the apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors and teachers to be functional, effective and be stabilized in the areas of their calling. This training makes a called person to be specialized in this area of his or her calling.

SPECIAL COURSES

There are special courses for those with special calling and special responsibilities in the business of the Lord. The very training lasts for one year only.

METHODS OF TRAINING

The minister for the above training must have earned his Diploma or Bachelor Degree of Theology or in theology related discipline.
It is part time training schedule that must last for 12 months only for all that are qualified for such courses.
It is an inter-denominational training scheme.
The courses are advanced certificate program or advanced Diploma programs for the students.
The tuition fees for this programs are paid twice with the twelve months.
The school is a part of El Theological College
The class sits once every week 8am – 4pm
Admission is based on the fact that the applicant had earlier obtained his or her Diploma or Bachelor Degree in theology related courses.
Those with bachelor Degrees shall obtain Associate degree after one training in this.

PENTECOSTAL SCHOOL OF CHARISMA (PESC)

The purpose of the Pentecostal school of charisma is to equip the gospel ministers who desire more of the spiritual gifts in order to be more useful in God’s hand and in the gospel ministry. The supreme purpose of the Pentecostal school of charisma (PESC) is to give the ministry the spiritual foundation laid by JESUS for the gospel ministry. This school shall bring out the hidden talents, hidden gifts and the lying giants in the believer.

The Pentecost school of charisma is a peculiar school of gospel ministry built to groom those with great vision of reaching out. It is a spiritual school for spiritual people. SYSTEM OF STUDIES
This is a classroom study that can last for twelve months. It is both teaching, lecturing and researching. The students shall be taught with the Bible and needed text book and shall also be taught in practical forms of healing and deliverance as were done by JEUSS and all His apostles. OUTREACH SCHOOL OF MINISTRY
Outreach school of ministry is an extension program of El Theological college specifically designed to train lay workers, church officers, civil servants, Gospel ministers and all businessmen and women in the churches who have not enough time to study outside their territories nor have enough time to study on full time basis.

HOW IS THIS SCHOOL OPERATED?
Outreach school of ministry is a school in your home. The student determines where to study, either in his house, in his office, in his church or where else he or she may choose to study. The school is brought right there to the student’s area or place of abode.

THE STUDY MATERIALS FOR OUTRACH SCHOOL OF MINISTRY
The handouts, textbooks and other study materials in outreach school of ministry are sent to the student’s house or residence of studies by the authority of El Theological college at the request of the students.

COST OF STUDIES IN ORSM
The student makes choice of the very number of courses he or she may study. The cost of studies depends on the number of courses chosen by the students in a trimester. Each lecture material or course handout has its own fee or rate. Nevertheless, no student is allowed to study less than six courses in a trimester and never more than twelve courses in a trimester as well.

SUPERVISION OF STUDENTS IN OUTREACH SCHOOL OF MINISTRY (ORSM)
The director of outreach ministry El Theological college visits and supervises each home where the courses are going on and gives advice, guidelines and directives on how to study the materials and sits for their exams. The director of programs visits each home where our student is on monthly basis, unless on the demand of the students where more than once a month may occur.

QUALIFICATIONS OF THE STUDENTS FOR ORSM
The only qualification to study in the outreach school of ministry is “New birth” and the desire to work for God and to study in order to be equipped for the ministry.

FEES IN OUTREACH SCHOOL OF MIJNISTRY 9ORSM)
There are only few monetary involvements in the outreach school of ministry, namely, registration/admission fee, matriculation fee, tuition fees and graduation fee. These fees are very low but the student purchase the number of study materials he or she can purchase and study at ease.

DURATION OF STUDIES IN ORSM
The duration of studies depends on the student and how fast he or she is to complete the required number of courses for graduation. There is no intension to add days and years if the student shall finish his or her courses at the same time with the regular students in our campus. Nevertheless, student shall only graduate after completing the number of course required.

EXAMS IN ORSM
All examinations are taken in our campus nearer to the students or an approved location by the authority of El Theological College. The exams shall never be taken in the homes of the students neither in his office, nor where he likes or approves.

MATRICULATION AND GRADUATION CEREMONIES IN ORSM
Matriculations and graduations in outreach school of ministry are done at the main campus of El Theological college or at the nearest campus of our Bible college to the student.

NUMBER OF COURSES PER A TRIMESTER
A student in outreach school of ministry is required to cover thirty courses per year or ten courses every four months, the least number of courses required are twenty four courses in a year or eight courses per trimester. Nevertheless, the student has right to choose the number of courses he may easily take.

Outreach school of ministry is a part of El Theological college and offers the same certificates with El Theological college to the qualified students. There are certificate courses, diploma courses and degree courses available according to the number of courses covered by the students in ORSM.

NUMBER OF PEOPLE REQUIRED BEFORE GAINING ADMISSION IN ORSM
To gain admission in outreach school of ministry (ORSM) does not require many people in the class. One person can be a student of ORSM right in his private room and can be accorded the right of proper scholarship. He has right also to bring El Theological College in his community, church, state or the very area of his abode if he wishes to do so, while the Eltheco authority shall also support such idea.

Outreach school of ministry is an extension program of El Theological college, therefore, the students in outreach school of ministry do not need different courses than those ones studied by the regular students of El Theological college (please see courses).

Outreach school of ministry is for all, both full time ministers, part time ministers and lay workers in the churches have the right and opportunities to study through ORSM. It is an advanced school for all categories of people.

The method of outreach school of ministry is to bring the school to the home of the students and to make the students to study at ease without stress and without conflict.

OUTREACH SCHOOL OF MINISTRY
Intercontinental school of ministry is a great institution established by the authority of El Theological College. It is specifically designed to train church planters, rural soul winners, ministry builders and all who can plant Christian missions and unchurched areas. Its primary focus is to church the unchured people and unchurched areas of the world. It is a global ministry with a strong aim of training those that can plant church wherever they are and where there are few or no churches in any part of this world.

THE PURPOSE
The supreme purpose of this school of ministry is to train men and women who can evangelize the world. It is aiming at equipping Christians with needed gospel information in order to convert, the unconverted souls in this world.

HOW DOES THIS SCHOOL OF MINISTRY OPERATE?
Outreach school of ministry operates both as an extension campus of El Theological College and as extension program of any desired church. General overseers and church leaders have the right to bring outreach school of ministry to their churches.RELATIONSHIP WITH CHURCHES
Intercontinental school of ministry is a Bible college for churches and to churches. Churches have the right to bring and to introduce a branch of intercontinental school of ministry and church members can also be the initial students of this Bible college.

DURATION OF STUDIES
Outreach school of ministry is for both clergy and the laity and therefore admits students for full time and part time studies. Duration of studies stands as follows:

Certificate course is one year
Diploma courses two years while Bachelor Degree courses remain four years.

THE FIVE FOLD SPECIALIZED SCHOOL OF MINISTRY
Here are the methods, modes and means through which the fivefold ministries mentioned in the book of Ephesians 4:11-12 shall be actualized. We have one year training programs for the gospel ministers according to the areas of their callings in the specialized five folds of their ministries.

SPECIFIC TRAINING FOR THE N.T FIVEFOLD GOSPEL MINISTRIES THE APOSTLE, THE PROPHET, THE EVANGELIST, THE PASTOR AND THE TEACHER

This is a specialized one year specific training to those with early theological training according to their specific areas of their calling. The purpose of this training is to equip the Apostle, the prophet, the evangelist, the pastor and the teacher in fivefold gospel ministries and in their specific areas of their callings. This is a one year training schedule after formal theological training in gospel institution. The training schedule is to specialize them to their areas of calling, to their divine mandate and to the ministries of their choice. It is to give meaning to their calling and to their ministries and to build their potential to be great and to make them fulfill their ministries according to their calling. This school is open to all who had been trained in ministry related disciplines. This course is to make the gospel effective, as people can do well when they are positioned according to their ministries and according to areas of their callings. It is to train the apostle according to the apostolic ministry, the prophet according to the prophetic ministry, the evangelist according to the evangelistic ministry, to train the pastor according to the pastoral ministry, while the teacher to be trained according to the tutorial ministry of N.T church. To know who the five N.T gospel ministers are of great necessity to this training.

THE APOSTLE: Originally, an apostle was the one who walked and worked with Jesus Christ, who saw JESUS and participated in Jesus earthly ministry. there were twelve apostles chosen by JESUS whose ministries were to do all that JESUS did, to found the new testament church, to carry the gospel to other parts of the world, to plant churches and train those who believe in Christ. Today, there are many called apostle who did not see JESUS but have the same mandate of planting churches, spreading the gospel, founding denominations and training believers in Christ. All present apostles must be church founders, General overseers, custodian of apostles faith, disciples of those that believe and must be missionary minded and have church planting spirit. Every apostle must be general overseer but every General Overseers must not be an apostle hence some general overseer were elected and not called as the apostle. Every called apostle must have one major vision he is projecting or one emphasis he is presenting. Every apostle must have a peculiar focus.

THE PROPHET: Originally a prophet was a seer, who saw, heard and received words from god to warn the people. Majority of the old testament ministers were prophets, beginning with Abraham, Moses, Samuel, David, Elijah, Elisha, Isaiah, Ezekiel, Daniel, Jeremiah and others. Today, there are many N.T prophets. An NT Prophet is a preacher or the spreader of the good news. All N.T prophets must occupy the pulpit as a preacher of the gospel. THE EVANGELIST: A called evangelist is a minister with a divine mandate to carry the gospel across his culture. He is a missionary, church planter, crowd winner, bold speaker, custodian of the truth, bundles of the apostolic ministries. An evangelist is a soul winner, soul keeper and gospel traveler. Every evangelist has divine mandate to reach the convert and the uncoverted souls for Christ. An evangelist is both pulpit and open field minister with single aim of bringing sinners to Christ. Evangelist is a minister called and full of evangelistic spirit and evangelistic unction. He is very evangelical and evangelistic also.

THE PASTOR: The pastor is called a specialized ministers selected by God to keep, care, feed, lead and to oversee God’s people. Pastoral ministry is a call and not the office occupied. He is a shepherd, care taker, counselor and the father to the congregation of the saints. The pastor can be the denominational overseer, local church pastor or area minister of his church; still he is a called pastor. He is not a pastor because of where he is, but he is a pastor by his calling and never the office one occupies. The pastor is called person specifically called to shepherd the church in every capacity and in every level. He has nothing to please his soul than to pastor the church. The pastor is not a pastor because he is at the pulpit, he is a pastor because he is called to be a pastor, shepherd and church leader.

THE TEACHER: The teacher is a gospel minister at the pulpit and at NT altar. He is specifically called to teach the mysteries of God. He is not a Sunday school teacher, nor a Bible class teacher but called teacher from God with divine mandate. The teacher aims at bringing people closer to God and to show them what they never discover in God. The teacher is the greatest in the NT perceptive, thus JESUS was called teacher He is preacher at the altar who handles topical issued deeper issues and mysterious issues. He draws crowd as he teaches. He loves nothing but teaching the word. The teacher is not a teacher because he is teaching, but he is a gospel teacher because he is called for tutorial ministry.

International Institute of Missions is a Bible College established to train gospel ministers, called men and women who are willing to work for God and to go where ever God many wish them to go especially to work in the mission fields. It is a Bible college with mission focus just as the name agree with God to work in mission fields. It is established to train holiness and faithful ministers free of charge, who can also bring more four called ministers who shall study in International Institute of Missions. International Institute of Missions does the same courses and the some departments with El Theological college.
