WELCOME TO THE STUDENT’S GUIDE AND FORMAL ORIENTATION

This is the formal orientation guide and formal introduction of what the college stands for. It is on what the students should know, do, reject and all that students should also avoid as long as they remain students of this College.

GUIDE TO STUDENTS

Below re he instructions, guidelines and orientations to the students who wish to study with any of the above mentioned Institutions. Our students must be bent to obey all the instructions and conditions stipulated within this volume. No student should go contrary to all that are within in this book. These guidelines stand as the orientation, instructions, guidelines and model for the student of El Theological College and International Institute of Missions.

This volume features the following instructions.

Our students must be very careful to study the instructions in this volume, word to           word in order to strictly adhere to all that are written there.

1. ABOUT EL THEOLOGICAL COLLEGE AND INTERIONAL INSTITUTE OF MISSIONS.
El Theological was funded in April 2001 by Rev. Prof. Emmanua Ononuji. The Bible College did not start with any student but a lecturer, without a student and without a board. The first months of the Bible College experienced emptiness, bareness and scantiness in the college till the sixth month of its inception when the College became very fruitful as it is today. Before then, Emmanu Ononuju was the only lecturer the only student and the only person in the compound, till after six months when the Lord sent some people who formed the initial students of the college which after few months Ononuju employed some staff that joined him in teaching.

International Institute of Missions was founded on January 2009 to equip and to train gospel ministers, it started by admitting students on scholarship with the single aim of making them fishers of men. The vision of this second college has since yielded fruits as it is growing and reaching out. Presently, El Theological College and intentional institute of missions have spread to other parts of Nigeria with extension campuses in Cameroun Aba South, Abuja, Kaduna, Eberi, Port Harcourt, Warri, Yenagoa and now Yarning for Lokoja, Owerri, Uyo and Umuahia.

2. ACTIVITIES AND CALENDARS OF EVENTS
El Theological and International Institute of Missions run trimester programmes and study three time s a year.

A.        ADMISSION DURATION
1.         Diploma Course 2 year of studies
2.         Bachelor degree course 2 years after diploma or 4 years.
3.         Masters degree course - 18 months after bachelor
4.         Doctorate Degree Course 36 months after masters degree
5.         Doctorate degree - 36 months after masters degree.

B.        MODE OF STUDIES.
1.         Full time studies involving regular school attendance
11.       Part time studies involving partial attendance of once or twice a week with extra amount of 40% to every monetary involvement in the school.
111.    Correspondent Studies involving visiting at will or through corresponding with the school with the double charge to what the normal fees should be. This means what other regular students are paying should be doubled to the corresponding student of this college.

C. International Institute of missions (intermission) students must be on full time (regular) studies. There is no room for part or correspondent business with the student of intermission.

TRIMESTER PROGRAMMES
Every trimester is full of different academic and ministerial programmers among which are the following college programmes.

1. BIBLE WEAK. This is one or two weeks programme aiming at education, reviving and building the positive students with the lives of Bible Heros and course. It is a revival period in our Bible College. Every student is mandated to attend and to bring not less than twenty (20) persons.

11. MISSION WEEK: This is one or two weeks programmes in our school aiming at bringing the students to practical missions, soul wining activities, church growth programmes and all secrets of church administration and church stability. This is a certificate course. Every students is expected to come the programmm with not less than twenty persons.

111. PENTECOSTAL WEEK: This is one or two weeks programme aiming at leading and exposing the students to the life of Chrisma. Ministerial excellence. It features both deliverance and teaching both deliverance, healing, charism a preaching and teaching activities. The students will be helped to flow with unction and ministerial strategies. Every students is mandated to attend and to come with not less than twenty (20) other persons to the programmes.

IV. SCHOOL OF MINISTRY: This is certificate course like the first three above. This is also a one or a two weeks programme in our college aiming at preparing men and women who are ready to launch out. Its primary purpose is to plan and to direct the to participant to missions, educate the people on potential development and help students. Every student is expected to attend with not less than twenty (20) persons.

ADMISSION PROCEDURE.
Every student wishing to be admitted in El Theological College or International Institute of Missions must first of all obtain the admission form from the office of the registrar, fill the form and return the same to office with fee attached to, it which includes tuition fee for the present trimester in question, until the form is satisfactorily confirmed, the person is not yet admitted. Applicant is expected to demand admission letter from the registrar to assertion his or her admission after clearance.

Helping the students to discover their calling and directing them to their divine assignment for their greatness tomorrow are the major business of our schools.

3. REGISTRATION, EXAMINATION, FEES AND CERTIFICATE.
Registration in El Theological College and International Institute of Missions is once every trimester, while admission is once and for all. Examinations and tuition fees are required to be cleared in every stated trimester. Below are the conditions for fees and examination in Eltheco & Intermisso.

1. REGISTRATION. Every trimester calls for initial registration. The registration starts from the Monday that proceeds the Tuesday of resumption. The registration fee for the first week of resumption is nine hundred naira.(N900.00) while registration of the second week of resumption is one thousand naira (N1000.00) third week is rare registration while the registration fee at the third week is one thousand five hundred naira (N1,500) unless there are tangible excuses attached to failure to register early. No students is regarded as a student without trimester registration.

II. EXAMINATIONS: Every trimester calls for exam or exams and every students is mandated to take his or her examination. All exams must be take his or her examination. All exams must be taken and cleared before graduation. No students is allowed to go to another level (senior class) who did not finish and clear. All failed exams must be re-taken as soon as possible before joining another class in view.

III. FEES: Every trimester calls for fresh tuition fees expected to be cleared before the third week of resumption. No students should be allowed to take exam without clearing all his or her debts in the school, students are advised to come with their tuition fees as soon school resumed in order to be allowed to sit for exams, no debtor will graduate, neither matriculate and can never be allowed to go the next class. Defaulters who did not take their exams shall not be allowed to study after examination unless with faithful excuses.

IV. CERTIFICATES.
We advise our students to quickly collect their certificates immediately after studies, students should not delay in taking their certificates but preparation will be made while preparing for graduation in order to get their certificates, as it should.

I.                      El theological Diploma.
II.                     International Institute of Missions Diploma
III.                    Degree from affiliate Institutions.

Students are advised to make choice of their certificates and pursue the same with diligence, studiousness and wisdom. Nevertheless consideration will be given to last certificate acquired.

VI. FROM DIPLOMA TO BACHELOR: Outsiders coming from other Bible Colleges to our college shall pay all required admission fees and charges but those going to our bachelor degree class (300 level) from our Diploma class (200 level) shall pay for the form at the cost of four thousand naira (N 4000) only.

I.D CARD OF THE STUDENTS
Every students of El Theological College and International Institute of Missions must without debate get his or her Identity Card which is renewable every two years.

ARTICLES OF FAITH
In brief we want to state our articles of faith, though not even mentioned in other Bible Colleges, below are what we believe and practice.

I. We believe there is only God, the father and the creator of all things in heaven and on earth.

II. We believed there three persons in one God, the Father, the Son and the Holy Ghost, still not three gods but one God.

III. We believe Jesus died to save sinners of whom I am one.

IV. We believe that the sixty six (66) books in one Bible are the inspired, revealed and authentic word of God, which needs no subtraction or addition.

V. We believe there is heaven and there is hellfire and that the righteous saints shall be raptured and be with Christ in heaven, while the sinners go to hellfire for eternal sufferings and not annihilation.

VI. We believe there is Satan and his demons who were fallen angels who will be punished in hellfire at last.

VII. We believe in salvation from sins and pure heart void of offenses towards men and towards God while living here on earth.

VIII. We believe that sanctification is the second work of grace after being saved from sins and after acknowledged the atoning death of Jesus.

IX. We believe that the church is the saved saints, the called out, the peculiar people of God and the body of Christ that was symbolized as his (Jesus) wife.

X. We believed in the second coming of Christ when the dead in Christ will rise again and the living saints on earth to meet the Lord on the air and so shall

XI. We believe in the virgin birth of Jesus and we also believe that Jesus is a perfect man and perfect God.
XII. We believe that the supreme mission of the Church is to go into the world and win souls as Jesus puts it “the son of man is come to seek and to save that which is lost” Luke 19:10

5. OUR COLLEGE STANDARDS.
In this we mean quality of spiritual life, standard of living or general accepted principles in our Bible College. Below are now standards, which every student must obey and follow.

I. Our female students should not put on such cloths or materials that would expose their inner parts or any seductive attire that may lure their men counter parts to

lust or to similar sins.

11. Our men should not develop lustful relationship with the lady students that may suggest evil or register suspect in minds of people.

III. Our students should not dress or appear like acrobatic boys, harlots or that which may make people feel they are rough.

IV. Our students shall always be humble, gentle, and clean and always dress the way they want to be addressed.
V. Our students should not befriend, neither associates, nor cooperate with magicians, thieves, drunkards and pool debaters to avoid contamination.

VI. Our students should not be proud in appearance, in speaking, in acquisition or in ministry but must always thank God and be simple as becoming ministers of God.
VII. Our Students should not eat or drink while walking along the road, neither should our students urinate along the roads as this may be little their profession.

VIII. Our junior students must respect the senior students and should not speak to them as mates, no matter their ages.

IX. The Chairman of the students union, course rep and other officers in the students council should be given higher regards, respect and must be obeyed.

X. Our students will not travel without information to the college, especially when it connects school days.

XI. Regular attendance has its marks in our examination; therefore every students is mandated do register his presence in his class attendance book every day.

XII. Lateness in our school has its own penalty unless; there is tangible excuse on that.

XIII. Students who did not attend chapel service will be penalized, while every students is warned to switch off every mobile phone while in chapel service.

XIV. Closing before the official closing time without official permission shall be penalized, while staying outside while the chapel is going on is not allowed unless with permission.

XV. As holiness Bible College, our students shall be people lovers and peacemakers and should not cause church crisis, splitting or tension in the church of God.

XVI. Our students should through their lives; zeal, holiness, wisdom, respect and ministries show churches, the word or associates that they have attended Bible College. Let the people testify of you.

XVII. No students in this school shall exempt him or herself from the college prayer, either organized by the school or by students body.

XVIII. Our night vigil is a must to every registered student in this college and no excuse will be allowed. Any student who will be absent must obtain permission from the rector and must pay the sum of five hundred-naira (N 500.00) as a result of his absence.

XIX. Our ladies should not put on trousers, nor put on any attire that may expose their armpit, laps or their inner parts. They should not appear on shorts in public or any cloth that can project them as harlots or undisciplined citizens.

XX. Our male students should not appear on shorts, open bodies, gayish materials or any attire that can project them as roughians, gays or bad boys. They should not appear in any sinful suggestive materials.

XXI. fighting, gossiping, slanderous words are not allowed in this college, meet or go with some one when you have case or feel otherwise about a person in this college.

XXII.    Our students should not circulate counterfeited currency, nor move with liars, kidnappers, thieves, armed   robbers, nor should they patronize beer parlour, nightclubs or smoking rooms.
XXIII.   Our students should not carry “EXPO” or copy from textbooks, notebooks or handouts but should write from their brain and knowledge as gospel ministers during exams.
XXIV. Any student who brings four (4) other students to this school will enjoy one year scholarship .
XXV.   Our students must represent holiness which is the cardinal doctrine of our college.

XXVI. Every students must press hard and seek for the entire sanctification which is the second work of grace.

XXVII. Our students should avoid close contact with opposite sex which is capable to register suspicion in the hearts of people which may bring the gospel to disrepute.

XXVIII. Carnal exhibition and all lustful relationship are not allowed in our college, but our students must be holy, humble and discipline in all areas of their activities.

XXIX. Our students in cause of projecting truth and holiness must be obedient and faithful.

XXX. Seeking the presence of God and a biding in the rules of the holy ghost shall be our standard.

LAWS GOVERNING THE BOARDING STUDENTS
These are laws controlling students in the college campus compound, even the students quartered by the college outside or inside the college compound.

1. Students of such categories are under the control of the school and cannot travel or go out of the school without official permission of the college.

2. All students living in the campus or those quartered by the college by the college have no right to bring other students, friends or relations to live with them without the college approval.

3. The boarding (accommodation) fees are paid every trimester and no students living in the campus is exempted from payment.

4. The students should not use heater in their rooms, nor sleep with candles neither change the key of their apartment without the official approval of the college.

5. They are mandated to vacate the hostel while the school vacates, unless with special mission while in holidays.

6. The students living in hostel should not be outside the campus beyond 10:00pm and should never open the gate before 6:00am.

7. Boarding students should not cause riots neither be involved in noise making programmes, nor associate with persons with questionable characters in the society.

8. The burden students should not come late to the chapel, neither, absent himself from the school without official permission from the college authority.

9. Male students should not enter female hostel without school approval, neither should women enter men’s hostel without special permission as doing so may generate suspicious.
10 .Thou shall not commit sin.

7.         WHAT OUR STUDENTS SHOULD NOT DO
As holy prophets of God, as those in the college of the holy spirit for the ministry of our Lord Jesus Christ, there are things we should do and things we should not do, listed below are things which the students of El theological college and International Institute of Missions should not do.
1.        Our students should not preach and teach heresies, they should not support false teaching because of money or food.
2.        Our students should not speak lies in the name of prophecy, neither falsely say what God did not say because of food or money.
3.        Our students should not be among the occultic deliverance ministers who do not deal with eternal matters but base their ministries on the   material gains only.
4.         Our Students should not join any church that believes in sinning and preaching, neither should our student form such doctrine for himself or ministry.
5.       We train our students to be followers and ministers of Jesus Christ in order to seek and to save the lost sinners and not to rob men and woman financially.
6.         Our students should not be among the preachers who dupe people in the name of the gospel but must always seek for the salvation of man.
7.        we are not training men and woman to be church breakers, family breakers, and enmity builders nor doom prophets that prophesy when God did not say.
8.        Our students should not form the habit of owning or habit of borrowing books, money or other items without returning that at the agreed time.

9.         Students should not owe the school but must pay their tuition fees as early as the school resumes or before the first three weeks of resumption.
10.      Our students should not neglect evangelism, preaching on      salvation, but must always be about God business.
11.       Our students should not be nairmonic preachers, not proud, nor boasters and should not associate their ministries with evil men.
12.      The students in Eltheco & intermission should not sell the Holy Ghost gifts with money, should not betray the faith, nor crucify Jesus afresh nor quench the spirit of God.
13.       No student should destroy others with his or her tongue, neither speak bad of this College while still in this college.
14.      No student is allowed to challenge the college authority, nor to abuse any privilege.

Our concern is to make the student a Christian on earth and a candidate of heaven with great reward of his labour as a child of God.

8. BRIEF INTRODUCTION OF OUR VISION FOR THE STUDENTS

In our vision here what we mean is all we want our students to be or our vision on the students growth, equipment and survival, it is our general plans on the students. Listed below are plans for the students.

1. To build and enrich the students with sound theological education.

2. To develop the hidden potentials in the students and to help them use such potentials.

3. To groom the students psychologically and to make them visionary and great ministers of the gospel.

4. To equip the students academically and to build the power of elocution in them.

5. To bring the students to be spiritually rich and to make them experience holiness.

6. To brush the students socially and to make them epitome of New Testament ministers.

7. To make students to be very charismatic and make signs and wonders to follow their ministers.

8.      To make students to be very bold, sharp and evangelistic in the gospel ministry.
9.     To convert the natural talents of the students to great usefulness in the minister and to help the students acquire the spiritual gifts for the ministry.
10.   To build the ministry philosophy into the students and to help them be wise.

11. To make the school pass through the students as the student passes through this school.

12. To create leadership quality in students.

13. To make the students church builders and leaders.

14. As bible students, we make the students to understand the Bible fully.

15. To make the students model and epitome of the gospel ministers.

16. To direct the students to their divine assignments and special duties which God wants them to do.

17. Help the students understand what their callings are in the five fold New Testament ministries in Eph 4:11.

18. Make students to be fully mentioned and to help the students mentors, disciples and to lead others.

19. Help the students to rely, stand and depend on God and his divine providence.

20. Reveal the secrets of success and to help them succeed.

9.     OUR EXPECTATIONS ON THE STUDENTS
         (WHAT WE EXPECT OUR STUDENTS TO DO)
There are things we expected that every student of El theological college and International Institute of Missions should be doing as those trained under higher discipline and holiness background. Listed below are things expected of our students.
1.     Our students should be missionary minded and evangelistic oriented.

2. Our students should irrespectively of their meager supports should support these
Bible Colleges (Eltheco & Intermissio) financially and other wise.

3. Our students should not cease in praying and visiting these colleges (Eltheco &
Intermission).

4. Our students must learn the habits of representing and defending our schools everywhere and every time.

5. Our students should be prayerful, studious and supporters of God’s work.

6. They should be diligent and obedience always.

7. They should be punctual, steady and available in the school especially
when needed in the school.

8. They should be helpers, contributors and supporters of the growth, building and
equipping these schools irrespective of their poor finance.

9. They must pay attention to lecturers.

10. Irrespective of their low income, they are expected to give gifts to the president, the lecturers and others fellow students.

11. They must make time to pray for the president and his family.

12. Visitation to the sick, weak and absent students should be the immediate business of the standing ones.

13. To launch, donate items and to give cash during the school fund raising should not be neglected.

14. To bring more students and to Champaign for more students to come to the college should be the unceasing business of students.
15. Our students must be respectful, truthful, discipline, holy and always faithful in all their dealings.

16. The burden of the growth and development of our schools shall occupy students hearts.

God calls every minister for a specific duty on earth and this will only be achieved through righteousness and holiness on earth.

STUDENTS GOVERNMENT

The student government is comprised of three major officers, namely; the dean of students life, the chairman of the students union and the course rep of the students union.

(A). DEAN OF STUDENT’S LIFE: This is the officer of the college whose duty is to direct the chairman of the students union and to control the general business of the students body through the students chairman and the course Rep.

(B). CHAIRMAN STUDENTS UNION: This is the students officer in charge of the meetings and other gathering of the students union. He is the chief executive of the students body. He is directly under the dean of students life and to work in harmony with dean of students life.
(C). COURSE REP.: This is a college officer in the students union. He is the academic representative of the students body. All about the students exams, students class attendance, course and all academic related matters are in his shoulder.

(D). CLASS OFFICERS: Each class is entitle to have chairman, course rep and other officers in the class, in order to keep sanity there.

(E). OTHER SENIOR OFFICERS: There is a tribunal chairman who is in charge of cases, chaplain who is in charge of chapel services, labour prefect is in charge labour, time regulator is in charge of time and other officers to be respected.

10. GRADUATION AND MATRICULATION MATTERS.

Here are the laws guiding our college matriculations and graduation.

1. Every students wishing to graduate must finish his or her stipulated course for such program before graduation.

II. Every fee must be cleared and all credits covered before graduation.

III. No students is allowed to go home with his or her costume unless an extra deposit of two thousand five hundred naira (N 2,500) is paid.

IV . Any graduate who fails to collect his her certificate after six months of graduation

of will pay double to what the cost of the certificate is.

V. All matriculating students must clear their debts (debts free) before the very day of matriculation.

VI. El Theological college do not give any scholarship to post graduate students.

VII. Matriculating students should be very sure they pass all necessary procedures for admission and obtain all necessary documents.

VIII. Incase of those who are graduating from 200 levels. Both matriculation and graduation fees must be paid before such approval will be given.

We shall not go to heaven with stubbornness and sin, therefore, God calls all for repentance.

11. GENERAL INFORMATION.
Below are general information to our students, which everyone in these colleges shall be adhered to.

I. Our orientations manual is a must to all student.

II. No student will be at the orientation hall during resumption without this orientation manual (Academic showcase).

III. This orientation manual shall be purchased along with our registration on the day of trimester registration or during initial admission into the school.

IV. No student will be allowed to be in the class who never purchase this students orientation manual for guidelines

V. Any student living in the compound has a different fee to pay known as the accommodation fee, which is paid trimester (Academic showcase)..

VI. Students must purchase their handouts from the lecturers and no student is expected to owe lecturers on that.

VII. Unless where textbooks are provided, our study materials are in handouts prepared by the lecturers and sold to students while each student is expected to purchase his for studies.

VIII. El Theological college and International Institute of missions do not refund money to students for what so ever after their normal registration in the school.

IX. Fees and other money related matters are not steady and could be changed, increased or multiplied without any information to the students.

X. Student’s body is not pressure group and should not plan for riot, crisis or any war, like programme in the college.

XI. Any student discovered to be riotous, offensive or trying to instigate trouble and unhealthy programme in the school shall have his admission terminated.

XII. Any student who fails to comply with the student’s council or trying to instigate others to bad ideas or form unscriptural clique shall be suspended.

XIII. Any old student, who did not return or register after three weeks of resumption, shall not be considered as a student in that trimester.

XIV. While we permit shaking and greeting the opposite sex, we forbid closer relationship with opposite sex that may generate suspect in the minds of people as we teach and preach holiness.

XV. Any late comer who refuses to accept light penalty given to him without thorough explanation shall be suspended.

XVI. Study days in each trimester are between 60 and 64 days (regular attendance) therefore any regular student who did not attend class up to 40 days in a trimester shall repeat the class.

XVII. Any student who picked up any property, item or money that is not his or hers should deposit that with the college authority to void being tempted to use it.

XCVIII. Every student is mandated to switch off his or her mobile phone during chapel service, any defaulter to this will pay an unrefundable charge of N200.00 as penalty on that.

XIX. Students are not allowed to chew groundnut, chewing gum or eating of any fruit, beverage or water in the class when studies are going on. Any student found guilty of any of these shall pay N200.00 as a fine.
Xx. It will be a promotion, pleasure and great gain for any graduated student of our dear college to seek ways to establish El theological College in his state or International Institute of missions in his or her town, state or in the place where he or she is living at that time.

Xxi. Any graduate of El Theological college who wants the studies and certificates of El Theological college to be extended to his area should seek permission to establish El theological college there while he or she becomes the rector of that campus automatically.

Xxii. Any student from intermissio who withdraw after a full trimester without tangible reason or permission from admin council shall no longer be accepted to study on scholarship, though he remains our student.

Xxiii. We shall not graduate any student whose G.P.A (cumulative ) is less than 2.00, neither shall we admit any student in our postgraduate school whose G.P.A. Is less than 2.80.

Xxiv. Late entry for the new student starts after the third week of resumption and has a penalty of one thousand naira or additional N1,000 to what the real charge is and this amount shall be added to the total cost of the total fee.

Xxv. The issue of labour in our college is the business of every Christian student; therefore no student should leave the school compound during labour time when others are working unless permission is obtained.

Xxvi. Any student who after reading the contents of this book and still violet them shall be considered as a disobedient student and must be treated accordingly.

Xxvii. To keep the school compound clean is the duty of the students and this must be done every morning.

Ministers who forget heaven and soon coming judgement, live in sin, therefore avoid such.

BOX OF INFORMATION
Students of intermissio or all in scholarship may lose the chance if they fail conditions attached to that especially, the issue of bringing four students in a trimester.

1. Any student who did not get this book (student orientation manual) shall not sit in the class or allowed to take lectures.

2. Any student found quarreling, abusing, gossiping or criticizing the lecturer or the school will be dismissed. Christian methods and maturity will be followed in any unhealthy issues.

3. No student is allowed to answer phone call, nor to make phone calls in the class but every response to phones shall be outside.

4. Any student who dropped out of the school shall not join his or her mates in their classes when resumed but should only start from where he stopped and cover all missed exams and courses.

Until the school closes for the day, the student is still under the care of the school, therefore no student is allowed to leave the school compound before closing without a proper permission the college.
5. Our students are advised to prove their calls by involving themselves in practical ministries especially where God has called them, no matter how little that might be.

6. All our graduate students still remain our students and shall continue to visit our school, respond to our calls and invitation and shall remain members of Eltheco Alumni.

PRACTICAL MINISTRY

As the best and most practical Bible college in Abia State, El Emancipation Ministry is a ministerial arm of El Theological College as El Theological College is the academic arm of El Emancipation Ministry. The students are trained fully on how to preach, how to teach, what to teach and what to preach, how to deal with powers of darkness, or how to break cures and covenants, or how to deliver the oppressed. In this practical ministry El Theological College trained a stand by deliverance team (ministries) for healing, deliverance, counseling, salvation, restoration, blessings and for the general miracles of the oppressed and for the needy.

This team is made up of more than ten (10) anointed ministers with signs and wonder following their programmes. Rev. Prof. Emma Ononuju, the president of this college is the founder and leader of this team, receiving clients from different parts of the country on Thursday and reaching towns and village for crusades, family deliverance, land deliverance and breaking of covenants. This is another area where El Theological College scored the highest, which other Bible Colleges are lacking. God does not demand your money, nor supports from men to make you great but He demands your vision and obedience to promote you and to make you great.

ADMISSION:
1. No one is considered a student in El Theological College unless registration is made and I.D Card obtained, students handbook purchased. The president alone signs the I.D. Card.

2. The students are under the control of the College any day they are in school, therefore no student is allowed to leave before time or do otherwise without permission.

B. ATTENDANCE:

Attendance is mandatory to every student who is on full time studies. Attendance has its own marks; therefore any student who fails to be regular has him or herself to blame, as early attendance covers a full 100% as a full course; hence we use British system of attendance and class works. Also absence without tangible excuse is regarded as failure and may affect the student’s results at last especially during graduation. Any time after 8:30 am is regarded as absence in this college.

C. BEHAVIOUR

Students of El Theological College should be disciplined, holy and should conduct their lives according to the life and confession of the founder. (Rev. Prof. Emma Ononuju). Hence this Bible College is a molder, training center and home of ministers; students should be prayerful, truthful and obedient in all manner of their conversation. Careless words, boasting and all sorts of worldly styles or misbehaviors are not permitted in this school.

D. CLEANNESS:

Cleanness “they say is one part of godliness.” Students must be clean always both in their physical and spiritual appearances. It is also in the hands of the students to help the school compound and class rooms to be neat always.

E. CHRISTIAN MINISTRY:

The students are encouraged to be involved in preaching and teaching to help themselves. Nevertheless, the college time without number assigns students to field works such as preaching in the churches, Night Vigil, (Prayer Meeting) Soul wining activities, soul bringing, especially during the mission weeks and school of ministries in this college and all these are counted to the credit of the students. Any one brought as students to the college is counted to the credit of the students with a high mark.

F. COMMISSIONING AND ORDINATION:

Every students trained in this college must be commissioned by this college and ordained for the effective service, unless the church of the students membership requests that to be done in that local church, this request will be granted if the difference will be not later than 30 days. The issue of commissioning and ordination is not debatable, hence we shall not allow our products to be commissioned and be ordained by whom we don’t know and whom we never approve hence this rigidity confirms one as our college product.

G. CONDOLENCE

Students are obliged to contribute to students who lost his or her parents. This visit to a fellow students who lost his or her parent(s) or wife/husband (condolence) is by delegation.

H. DUTIES OF STUDENTS UNION.

The student union is not an administration organ, but a welfare body in charge of the progress and success of the college. The students union is not a riotous unions, not a

pressure group and not political body of any type but created to plan how the present and past students of this college will help to see the advancement of this college. The union will include both those who have graduated and those still in the school. The students union is to know what the college is lacking in the chapel and the college at large and plan for peace, progress and projects of the college and all that concern the students affairs.

1. THE IMPORTANCE OF CERTIFICATE:

The greatest evidence of academic studies is the certificate that authenticates such studies. It is only fools, uneducated elements in the society and dupes who devalue the greatness of certificates. We therefore advise our students to struggle all at their reach to claim their certificates, it will not be overemphasized but if we shall say we elaborate the following.

I.      Doctors operate with their certificates because without certificate, any one who dies in their hospital will implicate them hence they will face murder charge.
II.    Lawyers operate with their certificates hence the court will not accept them on their gentles appearances with coats if they have no certificates.
III.   Banks and companies employ those with certificate hence certificate prove that           they did the course.
V.     Theologian without certificate is a fake and a dupe because if a student will spend time to study and neglect his certificate, his exercise in vain.

V. Minister who operate in the churches without certificates of commissioning and ordination will know dangers in it when there are troubles in their churches especially those that affect lives or health.
We therefore encourage our students to get all needed certificates no matter their cost in order to be the very minister God, their churches and the society want them to be.

J. NIGHT VIGIL:
As a charismatic Bible College, El Theological College has days of prayers and Night Vigil and every student is expected to attend the night prayers. Any student who fails may lose some marks in his exams, hence the prayers are added as parts of academic works in the school.

K. NOISE MAKING IN THE CLASS:
Unnecessary gibberish and utterance are not permitted in the school. Any student found making a noise will be penalized by the general work prefect of the college.

L. SCHOOL PERIOD:

The school days are only Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 8:30 am till 3pm. Nevertheless, on special cases the students may be called to school on Sundays and Mondays, especially during prayers, night tarrying and examination periods.

M. HOLINESS:

As a holiness Bible College, El Theological College maintains the holiness standards, emphasizing heart purity, abstinence from all appearance of evil, avoiding all manner of evil words, worldly appearances and all sinful approaches capable of destroying our zeal.

N. ATTIRE:

dressing, painting of eyes, mouth and fingers as many lady evangelistic of our days do, neither does El Theological College allow women to put on trousers. Students of El Theological college as those that will teach the church must be neat, holy and natural, their appearances will not pose any problem to their profession but they will be epitome of the gospel ministry.

O. SIN IN THE CAMP.

If any students is found sinning or is convicted either by his church or by the college, such student will be disciplined according to the level of the sin he or she committed. Hence sin has no small size we consider all as equal such sins as lying, boasting, pride, stealing, duping, cheating, occultism, fighting, quarreling, enmity, hatred, smoking, drunkenness, slandering, gossiping and all manner of evil practices and words.
Prosperity, greatness and success you are looking for are hidden in you obedience to what God is saying.

P. DISOBEDIENCE:
If any student is found disobeying the college order or rule, such student will be
Disciplined. If any student is found disobeying any of the college delegated authority such as the lecturers, Dean of students, Director of Christian Ministry, President of the student union, labour prefect, class president, or any other official, that person will face tribunal who finally will determine what level of discipline the offender will have.

TRIBUNAL:

There is a delegated body in the college known as the tribunal. The work of the tribunal is to try any case affecting a student or students, which is beyond the class chairman. It is the duty of the student’s union president to refer cases of sins to tribunal which is seen as deliberately disobey the president of the college.

FINANCIAL POLICY.

Financial parts of our studies are necessary to the college and to students, therefore students are advised to pay their registration fees, tuition fees, advert fees, levies and other financial obligations necessary to be paid in the college. Any student who is owing the college may not be allowed to take his or her examination, neither should such student be allowed to graduate.

OTHER IMPORTANCE ISSUES:

No student will receiving his certificate without first presenting his or her thesis/project to the college authority. Students preaching practice schedule every Thursday is a “MUST” to every student, because that helps the students to develop their preaching abilities and help the college evaluate them also. Any student who fails to take his exam on the very day of examination have to re-negotiate with the lecturer hence no examination or question paper will be done at home by any student. No students is allowed to go before 3pm unless with permission from the dean of students life or from the president of the school. In persisted conditions, the student union president or any lecturers can be approached and such permission is regarded as official.

EASE ROOM:
There is a toilet for the students downstairs. No student is allowed to go any toilet upstairs or to disturb the tenants other wise. Any student caught using toilet upstairs or urinating in the compound outside the bathroom or toilet will be disciplined.

CAREFUL LIVING:

As respected humble ladies and gentlemen, our students must be gentle, humble, careful and wise. They should not chew grand nuts along the road nor urinate along the streets, but must always compose themselves carefully and holily as those representing JESUS on earth. Their appearances, conducts and speeches must be salted with the gospel.

MISBEHAVIOURS IN THE CLASS

Hence this is not secular college where stealing and riots are often seen and mentioned, we do not expect that students of Bible College like ours should steal or misbehave otherwise. We do not allow students stealing biros, books, rulers, handout and other property of their fellow students. We don’t expect riots, disturbances and uneasiness in the Class and in the compound at large. Any students found guilty of any of the above-mentioned offences should be judged by the tribunal.

BOX OF INFORMATION
Students of intermissio or all in scholarship may lose the chance if they fail conditions attached to that especially, the issue of bringing four students in a trimester.

1. Any student who did not get this book (student orientation manual) shall not sit in the class or allowed to take lectures.

2. Any student found quarreling, abusing, gossiping or criticizing the lecturer or the school will be dismissed. Christian methods and maturity will be followed in any unhealthy issues.

3. No student is allowed to answer phone call, nor to make phone calls in the class but every response to phones shall be outside.

4. Any student who dropped out of the school shall not join his or her mates in their classes when resumed but should only start from where he stopped and cover all missed exams and courses.

6. All our graduate students still remain our students and shall continue to visit our school, respond to our calls and invitation and shall remain members of Eltheco Alumni.

NEATNESS:

Our students are not allowed to be dirty, use tattered dresses and appear beggarly irrespective of the hardship facing the national economy, but neatness, smartness and gentleness are required of our students. Their shirts, shoes, hairs, fingers, toes, ties and head ties should be properly dressed as may attracted sinners to Christ.

ROAMING DURING STUDY PERIOD.

Our students are not permitted to roam the streets during school hour. They are only allowed to be in school compound and in the classes, but during the break period students have right to go out to purchase their needs and come back to the class or to the compound, hence no students is allowed to resumed late after the break but at the first ringing of the bell every student is expected to come back hence discipline is needed and should be adhered to.

NON MATRICULATED STUDENT:
Any student who refused to matriculate or has equally obtained the admission number of the college has automatically denied himself the right to be counted as a student of Eltheco Nigeria. Nevertheless, in case of sickness, bereavement or serious case, the person may be numbered and be counted as absinthial matriculation.

SECRET MARRIAGE ENGAGEMENT:

Eltheco does not allow secret marriage among the students, which has polluted and destroyed many Theological Colleges today and has turned Theological Colleges the Homes of harlots instead of the school of the prophets. Any marriage engagement between two students must be officially made known by the churches of the would be couple and the college officials, especially the president.

CHURCH LIFE:
Any student of Eltheco must be example of believers. He/She must be holy, mature and live the life worthy of emulation in his or her church. His or her former weakness in the church should now be changed to a positive exemplary life, which will draw souls to El

Our students should know the type of Occasion they will attend, they are not permitted to attend demonic and worldly occasion they must behave themselves Godly and wisely. WASTE PAPERS BASKET
Students should not throw away their waste papers, refuse and pure water, or water
Proof in the class room, neither on the floor but all will be thrown into waste paper basket. Any one found violating this order will be discipline according to the level of such offence.

STUDIOUSNESS:

As the best Bible College in the State and as the most academic and most spiritual Bible College presently in the state. We shall not claim this prize by mouth or vote but by practice and possession. There is no way to be well read than by reading well as there is no way to be well informed unless by receiving information. Therefore our students must be studious, diligent, dutiful and smart in academic issues. The students should not joke with their reading assignments, reading their Bibles, reading their textbooks and handouts. As students they have no other business in the school than to study.

UNAUTHORIZED MEETING:

El Theological College will not accept any unauthorized gathering or meeting aiming at disturbing the college without the knowledge of college official. Any unauthorized meeting found among the students will be visited with disciplinary action. The only accredited body is the students union whose duties are specified at the early part of this book.

ATTENDANCE REGISTER:

As the best Bible College in the state, we also take our attendance, time and studies very serious. Attendance is one part of our academic works and has its own marks while earliness has its own marks too. The students are advised to register in the secretary’s office and the time they come with exact time specification.

FORGOTTEN PROPERTIES:
In case of any forgotten property, the owner should quickly inform the Dean of student’s life, the class president, the chaplain or the student union president who will quickly announce that at the chapel service and if such is picked up should be submitted at the Dean’s office or to the rector.

ADVERT:
As the best Bible College, we expect our student to be the best also. Therefore every student of EL Theological College is a public relation officer (PRO). It is the duty of every
student to share our programmes, our course and the testimonies of our quality lecturers to others in order to bring them to our quality lectures and any one who brings up to four persons in a term will go on scholarship.

Our scholarship, irrespective of our charitableness basically relies on students merit of bringing persons in a term. Students have right to recommend capable individuals, good citizens and blameless Nigerians for honorary Doctorate Degree award. Any student who wanted to recommend some one for honorary Doctorate Degree award should meet the college president for that.

LECTURERS DAYS:

As it is written “he that watereth shall be watered” Eltheco mapped out a day when the students will visit and bless the lecturers with gifts and other items when such time reaches, this will be announced.

MISCONDUCT IN THE COLLEGE:
If a student is found smoking or producing unclean odour like alcohol, cigarette or issues suspected to be hard drugs or attitudes suspected to be diabolic, psychiatric or any manner of strange influence, such case should be investigated, if found to be real the student will expelled from the college while his or her ID card will be seized.

FORIENG CERTIFICATES:
To receive foreign certificates or Degrees from other accredited Universities in Nigeria, in America or any external certificate apart from the ones from El Theological College is never automatic right to the student of El Theological College. The Following laws follow the issuance of certificate or Degrees from external Institutions

1. Admission, matriculation or graduation from El Theological College or International Institute of Missions are not automatic rights to get any degree or certificate of the students desires, especially those from external Institute.

2. Degrees and accredited Diplomas demand complete requirements for such awards, which may include both requirements for such awards, which may include both academic requirements, financial requirements, and other University stipulated conditions to get their degrees.

3. Any student who may desire University degree apart from Internal Certificate from El Theological College must cover all the credits required for admission in such University pay all fees stipulated by such University, pass all accepted exams and finish all graduation requirements of such University whose certificate or degrees the student desires;

DURATION OF SCHOLARSHIP:

Our scholarship lasts only but one year but can be renewed after the first one year. The strongest evidence of scholarship renewal is the practice of bringing up to four students to the school and stainless conduct.

Every student of EL Theological College is expected to be spiritually sound, spiritually balanced and spiritually fit for every Christian occasion. Based on the above qualifications, therefore the greater emphasis of EL Theological College on spiritual life, our students are mandated to posses the under listed spiritual qualities and lives.

Our student is expected to be obedient to his parents, to the school authority, to the government, to the elders and obedient to his church authority, and to all his church leadership programme. We are against church splitting and therefore warn our student not to spit his church in order to be leader but should abide by the good rules and leadership of his church.

2. HOLINESS:

Biblical holiness involves heart void of offence towards men and towards God. It is the total removal of the inbred sin resulting to heart freedom, heart piety, love devotion, sincerity and services to men and to God. It is called heart purity or sanctification. Our student must be holy and must pursue it daily.

3. SINCERITY:

Every student of EL Theological College is mandated to be sincere in his church activities and obligation, such as regular attendance, evangelism, prayers, tithe paying and vow redeeming. He is also mandated to owe no body.

GRADUATION REQUIREMENTS

Our students must finish their tuition fees, levies and all credit hours before graduation. No student will be allowed to graduate without clearing all his or her monetary transactions in the college. The under listed fees and issues are things necessary to complete or pay before the graduation.

16. Don’t take your studies lightly because any trimester you were not in the school means you were not in the course taken and all the course by your class mates at that time must be taken by you in another trimester if you really mean to graduate.

ADMISSION AND REGISTRATION
El Theological College and international Institute of Missions admit students trice every year in the months of JANUARY, MAY and SEPTEMBER. The initial qualifications for admission are true evidence of new birth and evidence of divine calling.

PROCESS OF ADMISSION
I Fill admission form, pay admission fee, return the admission form and receive your receipt.
II. Fill the evaluation form and return that to the college bursar immediately.

III. Receive instruction form the registrar after submitting your admission form.

REQUIREMENTS FOR ADMISSION

I.     Every admitted student must pay his or her admission fee, whether on regular basis,    scholarship or on part time studies.
II.   Every admitted student must purchase a plastic chair, a song book (S.S and S) college I.D Card and two bibles.
III. The college prospectus is a must to every admitted student and no new student is allowed to go to the class without first purchasing the college prospectus. If this discovered the student will be penalized. To purchase the prospectus is cash and carry. This show case is the first thing before admission.
IV.   New students are required to present three copies of their passport photographs to the registrar.
V.    Students are advised to present letter of sponsorship from their next of kin sponsors or     any document from him showing fitness in self sponsorship.
VI.   Students after admission are encouraged to study the college prospectus fully and   properly and cover all the contents of this prospectus as no failure will be managed to ignorance of what were written.( Students shall live by the issues in this showcase0

Students union government is not a pressure group, nor political group and never a management arm of the College. It is established to give the students continuous sense of belonging.

DUTIES OF THE STUDENTS UNION.

5.   To plan and execute issues necessary to advertise the school and to make the school grow.
6. To form the prayer arm of the college and to be praying for the college, for the   president, lecturers and to other students.
7.   To meet and to discuss on things that can help the school survive and advance.
8. To see that the office of the president and that of the rector are furnished and well decorated.
9. To advertise the college in churches, in the street and among individuals, by telling them positive things that happen in our college.

THE PURPOSE OF MEN AND WOMEN FELLOWSHIP IN THE COLLEGE
1.     To promote holiness and scriptures truth within the fellowship
2.     To represent our college in the churches and in the society
3.     To plan, meet and to build the college in the most holy faith.
4.     To purchase issues necessary to help the growth of the college
5.    To care for one another while in school
6.   To form visitation team to reach the weak, the sick or non regular students in the school.

7.    To encourage the president, lecturers and other academic staff with gifts.
8.    To make sure the college principles and policies are carried out by students.
9.    To use their fellowship to attract other men and women especially the called ones to the college.
10.   To have a day of fellowship in a week after students in the school.
11.   To meet in order to discuss the issues affecting their various fellowships.
12.   To plan for projects in the college to accomplish or to help the college solve.
13.   To work in agreement with the college policies and visions.
14.   To support all good programs of the college.

STUDENTS RELATIONSHIP
1.    El Theological college is a family bound by love and unity therefore every student       must accommodate this vision.
2.    Students should care for each other, visit, pray and be concerned with the pains of other students.
3.     Students must be concerned with the pains and needs of this college by praying for it and supporting programs that will promote the growth and advancement of the school.
4.     Students must be soul winners, by converting sinners and by bringing called persons to the college.
5.    Our students must be holy within and without and must be good citizens in the society and spiritual members in their churches.
6.   Our students must be friendly, approachable, sincere and must always be the representatives of our Bible college.

TRIMESTER DUTIES OF THE STUDENTS
i.     Students must pay their trimester resumption fees to the bursar prio-to date   of the   resumption of the school in each trimester or the same day of resumption.
ii.     Students shall pay their tuition fees within the first two weeks of resumption.
Tuition fees paid after the fifth of week of resumption are considered as late payment                                                                                      and attract penalty of three hundred naira (N300).
III.   Tuition fees paid after the end of the trimester are regarded as omission which attract the penalty of five hundred naira (N 500) which shall be paid before hand.

IV. Any Student who did not pay for his or her matriculation or graduation fee shall not be included among the students for the college convocation nor shall the costume be given to such a one.
V. Every students must contribute along with other students in the projects of the students Union, be it purchasing of gospel van equipment (Band) or any other project by the students body.

COLLEGIC LAWS

The under listed issues are compulsory and mandatory to every student, staff and every campus of our college. These are laws governing our Bible Colleges in any part of the world.

1. Students and all visitors are allowed to use the library but not allowed to go with any book. Anyone entering the library must drop his or her bag outside the library.

2. Students must purchase their books from the college bookshop especially the books recommended by the college as the text books.
3. The College prospectus (showcase) must be purchased by every student and shall stand as an inevitable text book of the college.

4. Hostel students shall not use heaters, electric iron or their equivalents without college approval, and no food is allowed to be cooked inside hostel.

5. Hostel students shall pay their hostel fees which are different from their tuition fees and these fees are paid every trimester

6. Hostel students shall form a serious habit of reading and researching coupled with daily prayers.

7. There shall be 30 minutes general prayers by the students living in the campus at 10pm every day which shall end by 10.30pm.

8. There shall be no light in the hostel after 11pm, hence no noise is allowed by night.

9. Students are advised to leave the campus after long vacation, unless those on special research or assignments from the school.

10. Students are not allowed to bring in friends and relations into the hostel, all visitors shall meet the students in the chapel hall, in the book store or in the school compound.

11. Hostel students are not allowed to go out of the school compound after 9pm neither to come into the compound after 10pm.

12. Damages caused by the student due to his or her carelessness shall be repaired, restored or paid by the students, this therefore calls for carefulness.

13. Students making use of the college computer, either as computer apprentice or sending jobs for computer jobs shall pay fully, hence that is a different department.

14. Students shall present their weekly reports every beginning of the week to the director of Christian ministry of our College for proper assessment and ministry evaluation.

15. Students in the school shall keep their corners and the entire compound neat which shall be supervised by sanitary officer of our college.

16.       Our students must love, respect and speak good of our school in their churches, at their homes and where ever they are.
17.       The school officers and the students union officers must be respected and should be held in higher esteem.
18.       Students must learn the habit of paying or giving back when they borrow money, books, cloths, items or any thing from their fellow students or from the  school authority. Any defaulter of this law shall be penalized.

19.       Students should not owe the lecturer’s handouts, books or study materials beyond the very trimester in which they purchased them. Lectures have right to penalize the students owing their handouts.
20.       No student or lecturer should lend money to his fellow Christian with interest or usury any offender in this shall be disciplined.
21.      No student is allowed to go home with his or her costume during convocation, but must return the same immediately after usage, nevertheless, any student desiring to go with the costume must deposit N3000 and shall be paying N400 daily, till he or she returns that costume.
Why are you in the bible College? Is it to learn how to preach or how to dupe? Is it because you are called by God or frustrated by gods? Consider your ways, re-                  think!! , re-think!! Re-hink!!!.
22.       Bad use of tongue is abhorred in our Bible College, therefore cursing, abusing, insulating and disgraceful words are not allowed in the camp of the holy soldiers of Christ, therefore anyone found guilty of any of these shall be penalized.
23.       No student shall despise his or her fellow student, no matter how poor is such student, but prayer, love and caring shall be the portion of he who is blessed.
24.       Lecturers shall be highly respected by the students and shall be given due considerations in their advice.
25.       Every student must regard the president highly, respect the president greatly and honour the president scripturally, therefore, every student is mandated to stand up at the arrival of the college president, either in the classroom, in the chapel services, in the hostel or in the gathering of the students body.

26. Students from other Bible Colleges wishing to join El Theological College must adopt and adapt the academic culture and the spiritual principles already laid down in our college.
27. Students coming from other Bible Colleges who have finished certain levels of studies in such Bible Colleges must present their last certificates and transcripts at the demand of the registrar of El Theological College.

28.       Every payable cash should be paid to the bursar alone, unless otherwise, an acting bursar shall be appointed by the president and announced publicly to the students.
29.       Any cash paid without receipt from the bursar is not paid to the school and lost receipt is a lost evidence of payment.
30.      There should be screening of students before matriculation and graduation to evaluate and to accredit students worthy of the convocation and any student found unworthy shall be disqualified for the convocation.

Students field ministries.
Our students are allowed to go into churches and Mission fields for preaching and general ministrations. This is to evaluate them, expose them and to bring them to the realm of boldness. Every student of our college must be involved in this very unique exercise of our college.

Students Night Tarrying:
Our College has periodic night vigil which at times involve serious fasting and warfare prayers. Students of all categories in our College are expected to be involved in such warfare prayers.

Students Weekend Ministries.
Every student is mandated to report to the director of Christian ministry at the beginning of each week in the school to show or to give accounts of his or her weekend ministries, either where he or she preached, taught, worked or ministered. The texts, topic, place, date and the occasion are required to be reported by the students through writing. This is an important means to encourage the students to be involved in the ministry and to discover his or her divine assignment.

Students Church Planting Ministries.
As a practical Bible College, students are fully taught about church planting and church grooming and at the same time motivated to plant churches either on collective ministry or on individual ministry. The college also plants churches in viable and rural areas and hand the same church over to lively existing church in such areas. Churches that desire the college to plant new churches for them should also apply through the office of the personal assistant (P. A to the president ).

Students Missionary Works.
Every student in our School is a Missionary. The only way to put their knowledge into action is to send them into Missionary works in rural areas, urban areas and

unchurched areas. Students are fully taught about Missions and cross cultural ministries. Students of El Theological College are motivated to see the ripped field for harvest.

Students Caring Ministries.
Our students are taught to be one another keeper. Love, caring and general benevolent ministries are parts of the Lord’s Instructions to us. The students are fully taught on how to care and to support one another. Our students therefore should see their fellow students, lecturers and the president as people of one family and should pray, care and support each other in times of needs.

Violation of School Order.
Any student found in violation, either as a disobedient person, as a crafty person, as a stubborn person, as chromic late commer or as a chronic truant shall be disciplined. If a student is found as fornicator, adulterer, liar, drinker of hard drugs or a drinker of alcoholic drinks or a smoker, deceiver or an occultist shall be suspended or dismissed Or dismissed after following the Bible Methods to win his soul for Christ while he continues in such sinful habits. Any student who violates the school order shall be disciplined according to his offense.

Morning and evening sessions.
There shall be morning and evening sessions in our school.

The Regular Students.
There are morning and evening Sessions in our college including our extension campuses. Our morning session is called the regular session, while the students in the morning session are only those worthy to offer scholarship ( free tuition studies ) only the regular students are expected to come to school Monday to Friday 8.00am to 2.30pm without failures unless with tangible excuses. The regular students have more courses and more credit hours than other sandwich students who come in the evening session.

The Sandwich students are those students who are not for regular courses and those who can not meet up for morning sessions due to their secular engagements. The students for sandwich studies include the part time students, the evening session students and the correspondence students. The tuition fees, Matric and gradation fees of these students are higher than the regular student and have more additional fees required of the sandwich students. NO SANDWICH STUDENT SHALL STUDY ON SCHOLARSHIP. ( in tuition fee ) this means that no after noon or evening student shall apply for Scholarship neither can the college offer scholarship to any student that is not on regular session, rather additional fees are required of the sandwich students to pay.

Authenticity of our Scholarship Awards.
We offer scholarship to student who has been able to bring four students to the school and our scholarship is purely for the regular students only.

ELTHECO FAITH AND HOLINESS ARTICLES
Faith and Holiness are the two pillars which hold El Theological College. The Bible College was built on faith and holiness and without the two, there shall be no victory, neither success in our struggle.

WHAT THE STUDENTS OWE THE COLLEGE.
Every student of El Theological College and International Institute of Missions has steady and unshiftable duties for the college and in the college and without these the student’s collegic becomes questionable. Listed below are among other things the student is expected to do.

1.         Every student in El Theco and Intermissio must cleare to the spiritual and academic standards of the college.
2.         Every student here must be sincere, patient and studious in order to be what God want him or her to be .
3.         Students must not joke, neither their monetary obligations like tuition fees matric fees, graduation fees, and fees demanded by the students union.
4.         Every student must be a full member of the student’s union and must contribute to the growth of the students union.
5.         Our graduated students continue to be and remain members of the students union of the college by attending meeting called by the S.U. President.
6.         The students union of this college must be visionary oriented by representing the college everywhere.
7.         The student’s union should plan to launch their own almanac, purchase band set, purchase vehicle, decorate the school, carpet the offices of the president, Rector and office of the Director of Post Graduate Studies.
8.         The student union must form a strong force to defend and build the school and contribute to the progress of the college.
9.         Every student must love this college, advertise it and carry the good news of the school to his or her church, ministry, family and to his community.
10.       Every student must strive to bring other students tot he college. It must be seen as serious duties to bring other new students to the school.
11.       The students collectively and individually must be praying for the president of Eltheco and his family.
12.       One of the Wednesdays in every month should be devoted by the student union to pray for the president and founder of Eltheco and Intermissio.
13.       Every student is mandated to be studious, be regular and punctual in the school.
14.       Students of El Theological College and those of Intermissio should see themselves as people of the same family.
15.       The students irrespective of their financial excuses should support the college during launching, during fundraising and when finance is needed in the college.
16.       Students of this college should be very liberal and never stingy but should learn and practice “GIVING” which shall involve giving to the college, giving to the president, giving to the lecturers and giving to
fellow students .

17. The students should take every programme of the college as heir, and must be involved in the college mission week, Pentecost week, Bible week or the school of ministry as the college may organize.

18. The students should avoid the habit of owing the college and all forms of delay payment to their handouts.

19. The students should be full of zeal, respect and obedience to the college authorities, to the officials of the students union, to the lecturers, to their senior students and finally to the presidents and founder of the college “whom every students is expected to stand up each time he arrivers” thus any student found in
violations of the truth above should be suspended.

20. Every Students in this college must get his I.D card, purchase one song book, one white chair and the student hand book and any failure to get these during admission must be cleared during matriculation.

21. Trimester and course registration is a “MUST” and obligation to every student each trimester and any student who fails to register should not be regarded as a student in such trimester. This is done before school resumes or at the first week of resumption.

22. Students prayer in the chapel and the students period night vigil should never be neglected by the students but must be seriously adhered to.

23. Students must claim their certificates from the college immediately after students or after their graduation to avoid changes in fees.

24. Students union is not a pressure group, neither is any student permitted to cause riot, nor cause tension and never crisis in the college, any student found in such cat will be dismissed.

25. Students should cooperate with the college administration to build the college.
