TRAINING FOCUS OF THE INSTITUTION

Here are our college focuses in training her students. Students of this institution are to be fully trained and to practically be the epitome of the gospel minister and practical adherents of our Lord JESUS CHRIST in gospel and in every other thing on earth. Our training to the students are not partial and never weak but strong and powerful equipment with needed ingredients to make them whom God wants them to be. Below are our focuses of training our students.

• Students are trained, built and groomed theologically in order to represent and to present the Bible, Gods word to the world.
• Students are trained academically in order to have wider knowledge and full understanding of the TRUTH which shall make them to be bold always.

• Our students are benefited to be trained as teachers in order to do the works of the teachers, Bible expositors, tutorial works, conference teaching and indebt revelation of God’s mystery.
• It is a major focus to our institution to make every student a great preacher, a great teacher and great leader of the truth. Every minister trained in our institution must compulsorily be a great Bible preacher therefore we equip them to be preachers and teachers.
• Our students without any failure are equipped to be God’s stewards, servants and gospel slaves in order to live like JESUS who called them, therefore they are trained to be God’s stewards.
• Our students are trained to be JESUS and disciples, full of obedience, faith and faithfulness in order to be very strong for the LORD.

• Our training focus is to produce holy men and women who shall carry the gospel to sinners and to lost souls with their exemplary lives as the model.

  HOLINESS BIBLE COLLEGE
  El Theological College is stainless holiness Bible College in Nigeria with great and daily emphasis on the entire sanctification of the believers and salvation of the sinners. Sinners need salvation while the believers need sanctification from their inbred sin as the second work of grace in their lives.

       SPECIAL INVITATION TO INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS
       El Theological College is specifically inviting students from every part of the world for specific theological, missiological or for specific ecclesiastical training for the soon coming world harvest. This invitation is only for those outside our country of residence. It is for the Americans, Europeans, Asians, Australians and more specifically for the African gospel ministers who may need thorough, deeper, greater and focused ministerial training for the gospel task ahead.

       The training is to make the student more spiritual, more academic, more charismatic, more advanced, more equipped, more disciplined and more scholastic. It is to produce the hidden ingredients in the life of the student and to make the student be what God wants him to be in order to achieve what God wants the student to achieve in life.

       The invitation is for the young, old, new and for the experienced gospel ministers who desire to climb higher in the business of the Lord. It is also for those in the ministries, those intending to join the ministry and for those in two opinions. The invitation include those without any certificates, those with only Diplomas those with only bachelor degrees and all those who want to go higher than their present experiences and all those who want to go higher than their present certificates and for all those who want to go to another level from their present levels.

       • WHY ARE THE INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS NEEDED?

         International students are needed to be trained, especially the gospel ministers from the third world (Africans) because of the encroachment of enemies and the rapid invasion of sin and ungodliness in our society which demand thoroughly equipped gospel ministers to fight against. The need arises because of the rapid growth of corruption in the world with rapid religious confusions in our days. This becomes very necessary because of much learning, sciences and rapid changes in our society, hence it becomes very necessary for the teacher to know it more than the taught as it is very important that the lecturer must know more than the student. Ministers are needed, and you can be the one.

         1. THE MINISTERS NEED THEOLOGICAL EDUCATION

         We are inviting called men and women from every part of the world, from European countries, from the North and south American world, from Asian world, from Australian world and from the black Africans who can pay the price by doing what “He” says and by going where “HE” commands. The gospel business nowadays demands greater understanding, wider knowledge, deeper experience and practical charisma. The ministry nowadays demands greater vision, bigger mission, wider unction, higher charisma in order to excel and the more knowledge in order to succeed in gospel ministry. Based on the above mentioned issues, El Theological college is single handedly inviting gospel ministers all over the world for greater and comprehensive equipment.

         1. BENEFITS OF STUDYING UNDER THIS INVITATION

         There are many benefits of studying under this international invitation of gospel ministers for greater equipment. The minister who responds to this invitation shall thoroughly be trained, equipped, disciplined and shall be focused towards the very area of his or her calling. The cost of training under this invitation is too low and completely void of stress and crisis. Under this invitation the student shall be practically taught about preaching, teaching, charisma, deliverance, healing, binding and loosing, land liberation, soul winning, church growth and totally know all about theology, missiology, Ecclesiology, Christian ministry and Christian Education.

         1. THE COST OF STUDIES UNDER THIS INVITATION

         Under this invitation the cost is too low, the student shall pay only half( ½ ) of the tuition fee, half of the matriculation fee, half of the graduation fee and half of all cost of studies, except the registration fee and the issue of the student accommodation.

         The student under this invitation shall register normally according to the school system and shall take care of his or her accommodation. Those who may want to live in the city or outside the campus shall take care of their accommodation bills, while those in the campus shall also pay accordingly. Every international student of El Theological College is in partial scholarship.

         1. SCHOLARSHIP AWARD

         The international students who respond to this invitation without any sponsorship and without help from their home  churches who score up to 3.50 of 4.00 shall go on full scholarship in any trimester they score that. The poor student especially from Africa who responds to this invitation without any sponsorship from his or her home church who can vividly show evidences of the hand of God upon him or her and shall be sincere in his or her confession shall officially write to the benevolent department of this college for scholarship after such has officially registered as a student. Such application may be considered based on the funds available or on the sincerity of the student.

         1. MORE NEED FOR AFRICAN STUDENTS

         African students are needed in this invitation for their grooming, greater training and for bigger equipment in the gospel ministry. The educational and ministerial knowledge of the Africans are low, thus, greater focus on this is on Africans and non Christian countries of the world. African students shall benefit the half payment of the cost of studies in our college and shall be blessed by paying only half of the actual cost in El Theological College.

         1. STUDENTS FROM NON CHRISTIAN COUNTRIES

         Students from non Christian countries are highly invited to this programme. Students from non Christian countries who can show practical evidences of poor finance, no sponsorship and true evidences of the hand of God upon their lives shall go on total scholarship after their registration. Other students from non Christian countries of the world shall pay only the half all the cost of studies in El Theological college and shall take care of their housing.

         1. DURATION OF STUDIES

         The duration of studies in El Theological College shall be followed in this programme. All admitted international students shall heed to the orders and regulations of El Theological College as are contained in the students’ handbook. Diploma is a two year programme, bachelor degree is a four year programme, masters degree is an eighteen (18) months programmes, while the doctoral degree is a three year programme. Students are free to choose their specific programmes.

         1. WHO ARE NEEDED IN THIS PROGRAMMES

         This programme is for all. Hence the purpose is to equip, build and to train the students according God’s desire and according to God’s standards, every student is needed, therefore, the programme is for both those for certificate programmes, those for Diploma programmes, those for bachelor degree programmes, those masters and those for doctorate degree programmes. This programme is fully ministerial and therefore qualifies every level of gospel minister as a student. The only qualification for admission is the call of God.

         1. COURSES AVAILABLE IN THIS PROGRAMME

         The programme of the regular students of El Theological College shall be followed and the same courses, days, times, exams, regulations and all about the regular students of El Theological College are fully applicable to the international students of this invitation. Both regular and international students of El Theological College shall be in one class and study the same course from the same teacher at the same time.          1. WHEN TO REGISTER

         Our school admits students only three times a year and students are advised the enroll within these periods of admission. Admission and registration of students are JANUARY, MAY and SEPTEMBER of every year. Each student preparing to enroll should target these three months of the year.

         1. RESPONSIBLITIES OF THE STUDENTS

         As already indicated, the students pay only half of the cost of studies in El Theological College, but other responsibilities of the students are fully on the shoulder of the students such as feeding, transportations, personal pleasures, needs, drinks, books, handouts and the purchasing of the study materials. The students shall also take care of their writing materials and all personal needs around them. The college cannot care, nor shoulder any of the above mentioned needs of the international students or issues alike, but the students should take care of the above issues alone.

         1. CORRESPONDENCE STUDIES

         International students who may wish to study our courses on correspondence are fully allowed, but the conditions given to those in or class rooms, taught by our teachers and those living in our campus are not fully applicable to them. There is no scholarship for corresponding students, rather such students pay higher than others. Any international student wishing to study with El Theological College on correspondence is allowed but not on scholarship, nor on the conditions above.

         1. SPONSORSHIP AND FINANCIAL OBLIGATIONS

         Students applying for this course from foreign country must be financially fit for the programme or have their churches, families, friends or relations involved in their financial support. The applicants must submit the names and contacts of their sponsors and should make sure that the promises of their sponsors are rigid, real and truth without failures to avoid embarrassments generally.

         1. STUDENTS MINISTRIES WHILE IN TRAINING

         International students who are admitted in El Theological College are automatically members of our church, Redemption Campaigners Mission and shall assist at the altar and in other ministerial duties.
         Nevertheless, international students who want to take preaching appointment or full employment with churches of their choose are allowed to do so.

         1. WORK SCHOLARSHIP

         Work scholarship or working and training system is only designed for an international student who wants to be serving in one department or the other or those who may wish to be employed by El Theological College in the place of their free studies. This class of students are placed in scholarship while they are also working in El Theological College to do one little job or the other without any payment because they study free of charge without any tuition free in the school. This means their short time labor covers their fees in the school.
